Again if this was normal 40k she would've had the inquisition on her ass in a few seconds and she wasn't going to win that because wouldn't go in guns blazing. She would tried to negotiate which would then lead to a null or anti psychic trapping her. Again gives her some more breathing room.

A null trapping her leads to Lucifer and Lilith getting involved. I am not talking about power scale and feats vs nonsense. Storywise, Lucifer is the King of Hell. There is jack shit the inquistion can do if he gets angry. Same for Lilith

I do agree about Charlie being powerful enough to stop most 40k psykers. My idea is that she's less a normal breathing being and rather one directly tied from the warp, like the Emperor or the other high end powers of the setting. Of course she's tied into her own universe and thus doesn't have to fight with Chaos for power. But Charlie fighting means opportunities for her to interact with 40k goes down.

The fun of the idea isn't power scaling. it's seeing how someone as kind hearted and pure as Charlie deals with the shit show that is 40k, and to do that she needs to be at least friendly or powerful enough the Imperium is willing to negotiate with her. Hence the set up, where a leadership void will give her time to establish herself.

But onto the cult itself. I don't have fetish planned, but my general idea if Charlie learning what sex feels like and growing addicted to it, with the end goal being her entire cult of thousands of people all surround and worshipping her body. So when she finally gets them, and has grand old time playing with them and seeing how different it is being able to feel dirt or grass beneath them. Overtime it'll become more of a sexual thing with femdom and control aspects to it, kind of representing how an old childish dream of her's of having normal feet has been corrupted into something completely different.

The question for a corruption story is how she makes others feel about each other. How she warps and guides their desires. With her it has to be overwhelming love radiating from her. She doesn't force or blackmail or hurt anybody into it. She pushes them to be the most happy and do whatever, knowing she will love and accept them. Everyone fucks each other in the orgy picking their prefered partners and breeding them

Went out and saw a movie today. I know I'm always watching movies, but that's kind of my thing. lol. It was called the Amateur and was your stereotypical spy movie. CIA member, whose wife died under mysterious circumstances, causing him to go down a path of revenge slowly uncovering a secret network with ties directly to the US government. But this was one was so much more subtle and low key, and that's what made it special. The MC, played by Rami, is a computer analyst and a bit of a nerd. He doesn't fight bad guys directly and never kills any of them by shooting a gun. He's very smart and methodical, but he wins by using traps. Plus they also really explore his grief and really show how directionless his quest for vengeance really is.
