You can always take the approach that Grand Fenwick did in The Mouse that Roared. Invade Avalon, and when they invade you, insist on becoming part of Avalon. (Though it might be more effective to play hard-to-get.)Debatable on all counts really except the attacking Avalon bit. Attacking Avalon is about as deep into "bad idea" territory as you can get without trying to flirt with an Endbringer.
They would definitely care. A guy like that ends up knowing a huge amount of classified shit, and if Pantheon ASSUMED DIRECT CONTROL during a battle, that would be very, very bad.Assuming they even know he's compromised, the people in charge wouldn't really care all that much, though it seems they have him constantly moving from district to district training troops in how to use the M7s so he'd not have a chance to do much anyway.
Reward? That would imply that he needed to be rewarded for something, when he's just been reacting toAs for a reward, he's got a tough job that requires he move around fairly often, but he's also in charge of an elite military unit that has come to bare his name, making him a major celebrity in the PRT. And he got to make Ellisburg his bitch, so I doubt he cares much either way. Nothing as therapeutic as kicking the shit out of something that gave you PTSD after all.
