Not only there wasn't a Shirou Emiya born in Fate Grand Order but the time not matches
In the timeline of Fate stay night there were 5 holy grail wars of Fuyuki, with the fourth being in wich Shirou's family dies during the fire of Fuyuki and he participating in the fifth, but in Fate Grand Order there was only 1 Holy grail war happening wich happened in what could be considered the time of the fifth. so no fourth grail war to act as his origin story and even if he stumbled into the fifth and survivved(wich would be extremely unlikely) he wouldn't still be Shirou Emita since he wasn't adopted by Kiritsugu

And for the time not matching, Fate stay night takes place in 2004 with Fate grand order starting in 2015, so for Shirou to be Ritsuka's grandpa he would need to be at least at his 70s for the start of FSN but even then it would be when Ritsuka's was 5 since he/she is 16 in FGO, the math doesn't lie

Let's not start with the fact that for Shirou to know Kazuma and Gilgamesh(while thinking fondly of him) he needs to be from the singularity in wich he meet them, who are points of time that needs to be corrected, and while the deaths of the people in the singularities can affect the main timeline they are made in a way that the correction make it so it changes the less possible to maintain a coherent timeline

But given the end of the first arc the other timeline would had became it's own timeline not related to the FGO one,

Not only there wasn't a Shirou Emiya born in Fate Grand Order but the time not matches
In the timeline of Fate stay night there were 5 holy grail wars of Fuyuki, with the fourth being in wich Shirou's family dies during the fire of Fuyuki and he participating in the fifth, but in Fate Grand Order there was only 1 Holy grail war happening wich happened in what could be considered the time of the fifth. so no fourth grail war to act as his origin story and even if he stumbled into the fifth and survivved(wich would be extremely unlikely) he wouldn't still be Shirou Emita since he wasn't adopted by Kiritsugu

And for the time not matching, Fate stay night takes place in 2004 with Fate grand order starting in 2015, so for Shirou to be Ritsuka's grandpa he would need to be at least at his 70s for the start of FSN but even then it would be when Ritsuka's was 5 since he/she is 16 in FGO, the math doesn't lie

Let's not start with the fact that for Shirou to know Kazuma and Gilgamesh(while thinking fondly of him) he needs to be from the singularity in wich he meet them, who are points of time that needs to be corrected, and while the deaths of the people in the singularities can affect the main timeline they are made in a way that the correction make it so it changes the less possible to maintain a coherent timeline

But given the end of the first arc the other timeline would had became it's own timeline not related to the FGO one,
