Rosario + Vampire, it'd introduce a lot of new monsters of the week along with possible allies and a new school for either group to transfer to- or just outright exchanging demons for monsters for giggles.
Buffy The Vampire Slayer too for much the same reasons- though a lot more power equalizing would have to be done since devils probably could smack a standard Buffy vampire's head off- though it might be funny to hear the Scoobies complaining how unfair it was how much an easier time devils had it.
Sekirei, MHA and Overlord (with Ainz and crew being sent to DxD) would be more amusing than anything, I could see them fitting in a crack-fic.

Testament of sister new devil is one of the best to mesh with DxD .
However ... tribe of Chisato Hasegawa (God clan) is bit difficult to adapt. These guys aren't angels and can indulge in their vices or flaws as much as they want .
God who wanted to steal Shiba's power was scum but he paid a lot for this by karma. Basara's mother was in illicit relationships with demon general and Jin Tojo? Later bore cambion embryo as her own child . Chisato Hasegawa herself IS sexual deviant who rivals Grigori executives in debauchery.

You are right about Chisato, the rest of Shinmai god clan can not exist, it's just chisato and Raphaeline that matter they do have an angel theme but they are sexual deviants so best thing to do is make them fallen angels, or a reincarnated Deity

As for my suggestion to go more in depth in to love ru like Shinmai it's easy to intergrate into DxD you really don't have to change a lot of stuff on Earth to accommodate for them, overall just adding a few extra planets, expanding the verse, and the similarities between Devilukeans and Devils can be chalked up as coincidence cause the universe is a big place,

Sainan town could be a better place to level up as there's no supernatural around, only aliens that live in hiding through human disguises

Edit : though if there is one issue I can think of it's that Lala, and Outer moka look identical, and even have the same voice actor dub wise

Yeah the balancing will need some changes but it will give more avenues to explore especially power boosts and stuff, I don't think demons in general are that much trouble to balance at least it's easy to say that any demon who can't be turned into a proper devil arms is under ultimate class. Most of the demons who are around mundus level could be considered around Satan class at the very least but it's not like the demons being as strong as they are would be weird as before Sparda turned the demons were winning with no loss in sight, and Sparda had to seal the largest gate with a large portion of his power, their amazing strength could be explained as the pantheons around the world are the only reason the demons hadn't taken over and Sparta changed the entire way the war was going.

Spoiler: Regarding DMC

Eh, it's actually even better than that. Y'see, Devils themselves are a higher form of demon, which can easily be played off as Devildom being roughly equivalent to how in cultivation novels animals can eventually evolve to achieve a human form, meaning that demons who grow sufficiently powerful/complex exiatences likewisr evolve into Devils, likely gaining a humanoid form in the process.

Now, add to this the fact that there are more devils than just the goetic clans, along with the fact that Dante, and likely Sparda himself in times past, has been summoned to foreign worlds (or at least the hells thereof) several times?

Well, a Knight leaving behind a trail of bastard spawn while on campaign is a tale all but old as time, and Devil Knights are likely little different in that regard. So a human having their trace amounts of supernatural blood thicken into something tangible as a result of puberty, or exposure to a catalyst, such as, oh, I don't know, the demonically aspected crystals mined in Hell? Well, Sona might or might not get scolded for making people play chess using radioactive pieces but it'd still be funny if she panicked if the MC passed out...

But yeah, pretty much anything from DMC can be passed off as extradimensional knowledge, including the knowledge to make & consecrate GOTAS statues to shop at, and as for the whole, 'significant enemies become Devil Arms' bit? Meh, Knights, especially Devil Knights, need to be able to maintain or replace their gear, and since as Devils their armor tends to be part of their body? Well, it makes sense they'd develop a power to assure they stay armed as well, & that with enough generations of knights said power would itself be refined into a lineage/clan trait unto itself.

So many different ways to spin things, my personal favorite? Have Chiyo and Yuu exist within their timeless summer, on account of Yuu having inherited a frail constitution from his mother, resulting in Chiyo isolating them from the timestream in order to prevent said temporal progression from worsening Yuu's health.

The problem with this? Weeell, the thing is? In their perfect little world they made? Time cannot truly pass.l Meaning that when Chiyo eventually gets pregnant? Time still cannot pass. Meaning that in order to get around this issue? Said child's development draws more and more upon it's mother's lineage, eventually becoming a gender-bent Shub-Niggurath before being kicked out of said reality bubble by Chiyo to prevent them drawing even further on her essence and being corrupted into just another of Chiyo's avatars/meatsuits.

So when said child is punted into the multiverse and winds up in DxD? Well, they, being a young Eldritch abomination, would likely ping whatever sensors the locals have to detect cultists summoning such things, if they weren't summoned by cultists themselves....

But regardless, they arrive, in Japan because that's where Ane Naru Mono is set and is thus their equivalent departure point, dimensionally speaking.

More pointedly? The Shinto pantheon is canonically isolationist to at least some degree, leaving said appearance relatively free game to investigate.

Naturally however, if a faction sends someone, they'd have to be an interfaction diplomat, as this is the land of the Shinto faction.

And so, with the current Satans having a vested interest in Japan at the moment, (Rias and Sona going to school, repairing relations with the Yokai faction following the Nekoshou massacre/Kuroka being declared a stray, etc,) is it really any wonder that the first responder was the devil in charge of foreign affairs?

...the fact this also has the MC, a master shapeshifter & tentacle monster, getting picked up by a short-stack succubus of a magical girl, and likely told to call her "big sister"? A complete coincidence, I assure you...

....there's also the amusement to be had from an ever-escalating series of failed attempts to reincarnate the MC as a devil, on account of them already being a (franchise of a) god, albeit an outer one.

Firstly, yes, Nanoha is a magical girl anime, but, BUT! It's only really counted as one due to a combination of the character focus(es) of the series and the individual plots derived therefrom.

Beyond that? The setting itself is pretty much a twisted, dimensional travelling lovechild of DxD, Negima, and Gundam Wing. And a side-effect of travel to El Hazard is said travel being super-empowering, as in, X-men level, 'as a result of 'x' my balls have dropped and now I can shoot fire out of my ass at will'/'insert randomly acquired superpower here'.

Now, this may be due to 'The Eye of God', aka the device used to jump dimensions to El Hazard in the original anime's canon, but it could also just be a result of getting shunted through so many dimensional layers to reach said world in the first place, being a result of the dimensional energy exposure itself, rather than the device used to achieve the trip.

As for why this is relevant?

Well, again for my favorite way of setting this up. The SoulTaker anime was by the same guys as Nanoha, so again, just have it be another world in Nanoha' s multiverse, since Nanoha is a multidimensional travelling setting.

Now, in the SoulTaker series, there's this alien virus that turns people into mutants, it's a whole thing. It, or at least a specific subset of it, can remain dormant within a person, no super-empowering mutation needed, for a person's entire damn life without notice, only waking up and causing someone to undergo said metamorphosis as a result of a specific circumstantial reaction.

Namely? They have to suffer sufficient levels of mental and possibly physical trauma, such as being betrayed and mortally injured/murdered by a loved one, etc (which also makes it decent fodder for a Naruto crossover, because Sharingan+this=I Live, Bitch!), in order to awaken said mutant/alien form, getting a free Heal/Rez in the process.

So yeah, in the SoulTaker series? They found said mutagenic/empowerment virus in a meteorite, meaning there's nothing to say other such meteorites haven't graced other such worlds.

So basically? Have a Nanoha-style mage MC just minding his own business, chillin' on Earth or planet number whatever the fuck he started out/lives on, only for him to be punted to El Hazard as a result of a betrayal by someone he trusted, 'surviving' said trip as a result of being a carrier/inheritor of the dormant viral mutation power, which awakens and saves his life/revives him, and have him empowered by his trip to El Hazard as a result, with him reaching DxD Earth when he attempts to leave, possibly due 'The Eye of God' somewhat ironically being something created by the Christian God.

My favorite way of doing all this?

First? Have the viral mutation be a trait inherited via the MC's bloodline. Second? Have him as someone who came across the Book of Darkness:

with said book having originally been El Hazard tech that was modified by the Ancient Belkan Empire.

Anyway, the thing about said book? It's corrupted, and whenever someone fills in it's pages it basically initiates a self-destruct by undergoing a dimensional shunt, then pops up elsewhere like mushrooms after a rain sometime later.

If the bearer doesn't fill in said pages by harvesting magical power from other people, critters, and possibly artifacts? Well, the Book will get it anyway, leeching it from the bearer instead... which will almost certainly prove lethal and kill said bearer before said book is even filled. 'Thankfully' however, the Book comes with human(ish) familiars to serve the bearer as part of it's systems, who will seek to fill in said book in order to alleviate it's leeching away the bearer's life.

..So yeah, MC has inherited the SoulTaker virus due to their lineage, comes across the Book of Darkness and becomes it's master, and is eventually accidentallied by his trusted guardians/vassels/familiars via suffering a dimensional shunt, and winding up on El Hazard due to it being the place the Book was trying to shunt itself to. The MC may or may not have been spliced with the Book itself in the process, followed by them gaining an empowerment as a result of said trip. Have them make a trip via the Eye of God, potentially to circumvent an interdiction field that the Book itself was bouncing off, explaining it's failure to reach El Hazard before this point. Wind up on DxD Earth as a result.

Diablo SI in DxD, because portals, both normal and corrupted, are a thing in Diablo. Someone fouling a portal's connection to it's exit-point is all it would take....

Eh, or you could be lazy and be like, 'MC gains x powerset due to y circumstances' such as ROB, awoken lineage due to some form of catalyst, such as an inherited trinket, etc, that may or may not punt you to DxD-land as part of it's activation/your empowerment, or getting jolted by lightning from a dimensional bleed while playing Diablo 3, etc, or simply being reincarnated for the third time in DxD, remembering your prior incarnations as a (badass) normie and a Nephalem respectively.

Again, same logic as above, though gotta admit that being a Fallen/Kitsune or Fallen/Nekoshou hybrid reincarnate and crafting a Diviner by 'sacrificing' 5/6ths of one's power? Pretty kickass, especially since there's be ways to 'regain' said power and it isn't so much lost as redistributed into a kickass super-empowering weapon in the first place.

D&D Tarrasque reincarnate. Someone found a way to forcibly reincarnate and dimensionally shunt the Tarrasque, likely by punting it into the metaphysical loom of reincarnation itself. You were the result, and then you died. Turns out though? Said spell/curse only had enough juice left to rip loose your dimensional alignment one last time, instead of reconstituting your everything and suppressing your Tarrasque-ness, causing you to simply reconstitute as a human-shaped Tarrasque, much like how Orphis is a human-shaped Dragon, in DxD.

Similarly, 'Reincarnation of X' where you awaken said past-life memories and powers as a member of a miscelanious species, from D&D or elsewhere, while either being shunted or reincarnated into DxD.

Yugioh crossover, but instead of based around the card game, the MC is a reincarnated duel-spirit/empowered by one being their totem-critter etc. Favorite combo? Maha Vailo and Sword Hunter, they banged. You were the result. The subsequent double reincarnation was a bitch.

Samurai Deeper Kyo: MC is a True Mibu descendant and awakens their lineage. The Mibu clan may or.may not have at one point been interdimensional ...or the MC was just imbued with said powerset by a ROB.... personally favor a MC child of a True Mibu and a Nekoshou.

The Breaker: because Korea is largely untapped in-series, and it makes an interesting premise, especially for a (male) Nekoshou SI.

Veritas: Again, see above. I personally favor the MC copying Reunion's entire fuck-mothering library and then bugging out. Also, Nekoshou MC learns Feline Claws and Sharpened Sword Force, for the lols.

MC is a reincarnate, finds out that Log Horizon is an actual thing in the DxD setting into which they've reincarnated, and promptly Hikki-Neets the shit out of it in whatever spare time they can beg, borrow or steal.

They also made a point to get into contact with one Gasper Vladi, and in return for warning him of a hypothetical bad-end should he play the latest installation on it's release, they managed to aquire a flyer and a promise to extract him and help 'fix' any lingering issues once he's home. Having played as a Ritian Scribe and Enchanter, they made a series of pacts to gain additional classes, subclasses, and skills, the greatest of which being an alteration to reinforce their racial foundation by becoming a pureblooded (Ritian) Alv. It was a busy few weeks.

Overlord (anime): In DxD-land, interdimensional piracy is King! As a reincarnate and on the lookout for fuckery upon recognising the game title, you swiftly found out that someone *CoughLokiYouAsshatCough* was basically hacking the neighbouring dimension's wifi in order to steal their intellectual property, and swiftly chose to indulge. As for the lack of Nanomachines? Bitch Please, you have magic.. which may or may not be a sacred gear...

Regardless, things went great, you looted Yggdrasil down to the Bedrock, cracked several defunct guilds open like eggs for their sweet, gooey loot-boxes, re-skinned your entire guild-base into a personal harem-to-be once everyone else left, and had several world items to your name. One mass ritualized Gate spell later? Your Guild and newly-ageless ass were back in DxD-land and the countryside had a new (magically hidden) edifice.

DxD/Libriomancer: So, reincarnating in DxD-land and peeking through the masquerade? Meh. Getting mistaken as a Sacred Gear bearer and non-consentually murdered and forced into said murderer's peerage. Kinda pissed. Figuring out that Devil-kind's imagination-fuckery facilitated the use of Libriomancy, and then shanking your murderer/would-be slaver to death with ye ol' dagger o' power theft, thereby stabilizing your new physiology and preventing your metaphysical degradation into a stray? Fuck'n Priceless. Utilizing your stolen metaphysique to slip through said asshat's wards and urinate upon his parent's beds and then masking it with magic so they won't notice til they lay in it? You're.. a bit of a dick, but then, these guys raised the asshat that murdered you.. Meh, they had it coming.

Taimanin is really easy to fit in, They are basically humans with demon ancestry which is why they have those powers in this case their ancestors would be devils

As for Campione best to go the world travel route the series already went multiversal so it won't be an issue

A shared verse between DxD and Campione is possible the lore or elements of both series mesh well together but it would be a headache when you take world history into account, and it will also have you wondering how the hell are humans as a species still alive in DxD the great war was for a few thousand years and ended in the 1400's meanwhile with Campione Heretic God's appear and wreck shit

There's also difference between DxD Gods, and Campione gods, Campione are already explained it's just DxD gods that are the issue you would have to figure out what is it that makes them different from Heretic God's, and how is it they came to existence, so far we know they can grow old and permanently die, They rely on human faith to some extent while Heretic God's don't, and it's possible that some of those gods were former humans who achieved god hood, but that likely isn't the case for all of them so an explanation is needed

i think anything that has Fighters that can fit in a Peerage would fit in, like Sekirei for example. or Genshin Impact.

i personally like DxD because the Peerage can be a blank canvas of an Hierarchy you can do anything with. coupled with being a Devil that is either good(like in canon) or Evil (and its still believable because Devil) and having contracts available (yummy Souls or normal parttime job like in canon) you can do just about anything from being a normal DxD Peerage that do rating games to starting a completely new Devil Race. If you modify them a bit to be a bit stricter in the Hierarchy scale so they cant easily disobey or leave, you can just take your Pieces, learn how to make them, go to any other world and start a new Devil race with you at the top. you get 12 pieces and everyone of your Pieces get 12 pieces too etc. until you have a burning Legion that can Invade other worlds. because the "King" doesnt have a piece of his own he is a piece of someone elses peerage. the Hierarchical structure is literally already canon but nobody ever picks up on that. maybe let the pawns really be pawns and the "Officers" are the valuable pieces. Pawns can get regained if it dies so no big deal.

i once made a list with Anime girls that can be drawn from a Gacha if someone really does "random" draws. some are really good and some are normal girls without powers. if you want you can take the names and jam them into a randomizer if you want them or add new ones. those are 1000 names.

Ideas about COMPETENT Villains of DxD .

We can all agree that DxD bads are ... I will quote Soldier Boy here : "Fucking disappointment".
I mean .
*Kokabiel despite his age and experience is rabid animal who lost to brat that didn't pass his Chuni stage.
*Old Satans are Stupid evil and idiots , who put their predecessors from Civil War in shame.
*Cao Cao is hypocritic idiot and Hero wannabe.
*Rizevim is hedonistic murderous bully with just few steps away from Zouken Mato . When he lost badly after Heaven invasion I felt massive disappointment that Lucifer's son is that pathetic.

Cuz it seems like making OC bads or adapting somebody else from outside is only solution to make impressive opposition to goodies of story .
