This is for those times where you get two 5 stars in a single 10-pull, or other such occurrences.
To start with, I used 9 saint quartz on the camelot summons. First pull was just a Fragrarch CE, then I got MORDRED :D
And the third pull got me The Original Saberface as well :D
Two five-stars in a row. Beat that, if you can :)
 
Did two ten-pulls once. First got me Vlad Berserker, second got me Edmond Dantes. Also, I once rolled Jalter, Tamamo Cat and Astolfo in a single 10-roll. Yesterday, I also got Lancelot on my first try.
 
The first GSSR way back gave me Artoria, Drake, and Waver.

More recently I have this:

During summer I got 3 Tamalancers on about 50 SQ.

Then I did 3 multis in a row and got Squirtoria on all of them. There is a reason I got this while trying for my one and only Summer Martha:

I have a lot more pulls with an SSR with multiple SRs, but those are inconsequential in comparison
 
Xansang, Medea Lily, and Waver in this order during my then pull in the Autumn class based Banner.
 
Arthur Prototype, one summon ticket. I've had five stars drawn in 90 quartz or less but that was easily my most impressive pull.

edit: also two copies of Romulus quinerous in a single pull with under 150 quarts
