Keep in mind you have to agree to the 2K EULA to play, which means you agree to waive your rights to sue them, authorize them to datamine your PC, have your internet browsing monitored etc...
It's like the ultimate fuck you EULA that combines every bad ones together and I would strongly recommend you pirate any 2K game over installing them on your computer if you really must play them.
