Now that I'm home and can actually check on my PC, I can confirm that "right-click and save image as" works on e621

Beneath the image should be a couple of buttons. From left to right, they are Upvote and Downvote, Favorite, and the one you are looking for, Download. Click that and you should be seeing the image in max resolution. Then rightclick and select "save image as".

I just woke up making a noise like a bear getting a surprise body cavity search because of a nightmare.

Seemed like normal slice of life shit until I noticed an open sore on my lower leg that… bugs were crawling in and out of accompanied by an itching, crawling feeling inside my leg.

When I woke up, for a second I thought I still felt the crawling inside my leg

I think maggots and mosquito larvae do actually do that so you might want to keep an eye on that spot just in case.

Words of advice: don't try and live off of black beans and pickles unless you really have to.

Got a box with a lot of cans of black beans in it from a food bank that operates once a month within "walking distance" of where I'm trapped. The walk there was slightly strenuous, the walk back with the box felt like I was dying. The box had pasta, oatmeal, and a lot of black beans. Can't really do much with the pasta and oatmeal, but opening cans is doable.
Then I got given a truly ridiculous prize while panhandling: a jar of pickles. Like a three gallon jar. Or more. It's fucking huge. The pickles are huge too. Can't wrap a hand around one.

The black beans and pickle diet has given me some truly nasty gas.
I can't stand to be in the presence of my own farts and whenever I take a shit it's like a chemical weapon has been used.

How can anything living produce a smell like this? Only my desperate need to not starve has prevented me from vomiting.

If you can get an empty jar, and some juice boxes or powered milk, you can use the oatmeal for camping overnight oats. Jar of peanut butter would be great (because you'd also get some peanut butter maybe).
