Ignored Content Bug

I've been encountering a bug with the Show Ignored Content button in threads. It's either not showing ignored content when I press it, or it's appearing on pages that don't have posts from people on my ignore list. I think it's the second one because I've never had issues when I test it on pages where someone has quoted a person on my ignore list.

Edit: It consistently appears on the same pages, so no instances where it appeared once and then didn't appear when I came back later. My guess is that it's activating if someone from my ignore list ever posted in the thread, not just if they posted on that page.

From the last time this bug was highlighted, I'm pretty sure it's threads you've Ignored (not) showing up in the Similar threads list at the bottom. I'll hunt down who to credit for that explanation later, but I think it was (AztecCroc?). Edit: Yes.

That appears to be right. I just checked the similar threads box and some popped up after pressing the button. I never thought to check that because of the large separation. That also explains why I'm seeing it so much now because I've been making generous use of the ignore thread button lately.
