You need to have 2 characters chose 1 character and 2 enhancements for consolation prizes

Now you should make a character sheet/profile and image of what you look like powers abilities equipment and dis/advantages your character has as well as backstory they would use. Then when the world is chosen you can ad time and place of arrival within 3 years of the time is world selection and then it's a round robin for stories where you can collaborate to make the story my only power is to select canon and set rules to be voted in

You can make a timeline or actions you take log and world you arrive in can give abilities remember that you are choosing a builder so far so you will need tech if you land in a pre industrial world (you would have mark 42 or below for starting equipment but you don't have a shared near your heart.

so its a fusion of two characters ? I changed my avatar back to my old one then, though it wont change much, Its Es from a mobile game called Alter Ego and she has no real powers unless you count psychology.

As for how the fusion would work I guess its would just be Es appearance with Lumens powers and butterfly esthetic

Man, I kinda wish I went through with making my account avatar the Nexomon Extinction protagonist, coulda been a second Avatar essential- wait no, that's the NARUTO Elemental Nations not the ATLA one isn't it?

I guess I'm dropping into… BNHA? And fused with the aforementioned Nexomon protag.

The sheer tankiness, odd status effects, and gradual stat reduction of Sucre fused with the psychic, bestial, elemental powerhouse of the Nexomon 2 protagonist is a powerful combo, might not take number 1 hero but I'll be in the ball park with some work.

Also, uh, I guess since my go to protag already kinda looks like Sucre as an albino and she a pale white haired teen(?) girl I'd just be a somewhat young more masculine Sucre I guess.

How the fuck would mine work my avatar is a mechinized personification of the US Military Industrial Complex. Wtf would my guys powers be?
After some consideration I decided that the powers of my pfp could be described into 2 ways one being a literal giant war machine that has all of the cutting edge tech of the modern nato or alternatively it could be a true representation of the us military industry in a similar way as a planetary annihilation commander or something similar, IE big mech with the ability to produce equipment, troops and vehicles at the rate of the IRL MIC. This would be roughly pretty powerful as the US at maximum output without entering wartime economy pumped out a abrams tank every 4 hours. At peace wartime production the us built a new aircraft every 10 to 15 seconds during ww2 and had an armored vehicle output around 2 every hour. and that's just equipment, the us produced over 300 every hour during ww2. The trick would be to take theese feats and figure out how to make a coherent power out of it. the more I think about it the more I like the idea of the mech being a walking war factory with the out put of a nation. the issue is finding a setting out of the ones listed to place it in.

These extraordinary abilities, which can vary widely, have established heroes as a legitimate profession, with young aspiring heroes attending prestigious academies like U.A. High School to hone their powers. The government maintains strict control over Quirks through licensing and examinations, and a major theme of this world is the ongoing conflict between these Pro Heroes and powerful villains who seek to disrupt or destroy the established hero society.

Approximately 80% of the population is born with a Quirk, which is a unique special ability that can range from controlling ice and fire to having physical mutations.

Currently all for one is still active but is having issues with newer generation quirks as his first generation body isn't built to handle them but it hasn't become an existential issue, he merely needs to hold less quirks or activate fewer quirks depending on the generations of the quirks he holds

All might is an active hero and trained in America for 5 years and left when he was 23-24 and so has been active for 15 years by the time you arrive

H). Drop into a battle 'in the zone' to stop it as cool as an action hero with injuries from a previous battle causing you to collapse after you save the day (you get advanced equipment though damaged still functional)

Profile avatar is Frostnova from Arknights, while cute and sympathetic is actively dying from what is essentially Tiberium infection. And with the powers of the Herrscher of the Void along with her own uncontrollable frost aura, I am going to be a walking wasteland in multiple respects.

Positive, Honkai regeneration and Herrscher durability might keep me alive longer. Negative, even with her Kaslana genetics and whatever Otto jammed into her Kiana was gradually being corroded by the Void Core's active radiation, and without said Kaslana (pretty much bioengineered anti-Honkai fighters) genes and Yelena's (Frostnova) ravaged body we will be a ticking time bomb.

Bleeding Honkai-radiation snowstorms every where we go, and when we finally keel over from combined terminal Oripathy/Honkai radiation, our remains will very shortly burst into fragmenting crystalline Originium supercharged with who-knows-what Honkai energy does to it - beginning the Tiberginium grey goo apocalypse of the planet.

Thankfully, without the Cocoon present there will not be a Herrscher Cycle occurring, merely wild Honkai swarms spawning from the orphaned Void Core doing its best Chernobyl impression from the crystal crater that is our resting place.

Project Moon's conceptual nonsense might be key in this actually, for containment if not full solution. Having something to stall the spread of Originium infection and/or the Core's radiation possibly indefinitely, either by T-Corp time singularity or a H Corp Bolus to outheal the ongoing damage. Oripathy infection only transmits after death so the Oroginium infestation can be delayed for as long as I live, and Honkai outbreaks probably will not scale along with civilisation without a Cocoon present.

And Yelena should remember the early Talulah days, before <SPOILER>. Listening to grandstanding speeches are probably old hat to us.

ADD: Personal lament. Truly did not expect to end up as such a cancerous/hazardous combination.

ADD2: Small silver lining. I should be able to try some vodka, or any alcohol really, without too much ill effects due to dual Russian origins. I can now be drunk safely.

Opinion. Barring immediate interference from pingas!Robotnik, choosing G or R is practically mandatory for myself for the physical buff alone. Captain America fortitude will go a long way in extending my lifespan and Immortal might render it indefinite, though depending on said mechanism I may still retain Frostnova's frail physique. Nonetheless combination of Frostnova's blizzards and Void's sheer mobility I ought to be incredibly difficult to assassinate out of the blue, though anoymity is likely a lost cause.

Depending on if Q allows for Nomu-like enhancements similar to G, this might be better long-term for potential Originium/Honkai acclimatisation, though both Frostnova's and Sirin's combined memories of slavery and experimentation will likely render this a very eventful scenario. Controlling collateral damage will be a challenge, what with how indiscriminate my two powersets are.

Honestly being anything Lelouch onwards would be absolutely insane in Fallout. Shit, Lelouch is still kinda op with his Geass, which I would be heavily reliant on.

The only question left is if I inherit his crazy ass intellectual prowess.
