It seems I missed that we were heading to a diner. My guess as to who we were talking to was based on an assumption that That Man and That Guy were the same person.

You call over the waitress and order some food.

You already feel a hole burning in your pocket. You get the feeling that they'll have a competition to see who could eat the most.

"So King, Have you wondered why everyone's playing the game? I have. It's interesting really. Twenty six beings of unknown power chosening humans to collect cards for them. What's the catch?"

He's got you thinking now. You know why that you have to collect the cards. You let them out after all. But, why do the Arcana want people to collect cards. Wouldn't it be better to let them just rampage?

"Got ya thinking don't I? I know why Ifrit is letting me do what I do. He's a being that loves rebellion after all. Fires of Rebirth after all."

He smirks a bit at that.
