This thread is made solely for making this story idea i have about a dystopian world where oxygen has been nuked out of existence and humans have to mine an artificial mineral to make oxygen, the humans made a divide with rich living in an air pocket while the poor mine the minerals in exchange for oxygen.

The protagonist is a scientist living in the rich side of humanity and he's working on a robot called logic bot, his core belief is that everything in this world should work on logic, which can increase the chance of humanity going one step further but humans are controlled by emotion more than logic so he decided to make a robot which solely works on logic to dictate any given situation.

Sounds like a crossover between Oxygen Not Included and Paranoia.

I think it would be more interesting if written from the perspective of the logic robot; with reaction interludes for the pathetic carbons as they realize the flawed and finite nature of their existence.

In my mind it's a game story so there is no definite protag just factions with different characters to choose, but i don't think I heard both the books you mentioned. How did they eliminate oxygen in the first one though?
