I've been looking for this specific Harry Potter story that I read way, way back like ten years ago or so more and I'm not having much luck. The key details that I remember:
->Harry had a twin who they mistakenly(?) believed was the Boy Who Lived.
->As a result he was somewhat neglected in favor of his brother though it wasn't intentionally deliberate.
->Point being that Harry goes to Durmstrang rather than Hogwarts.
->It had quite a bit of focus on the schoolwork and learning magic with Harry eventually starting to tip into dark magic in secret.
