Would you have preferred that I lie to you, friend?

Although in hindsight, I confess that I was slightly.... triggered at the time, and I shouldn't have taken it out on you, or here. I apologize for my earlier misconduct.
Still pals?
....ah. If it wasn't already obvious, I couldn't tell.
I'm rambling at this point, it's three am. Do you people even like listening to me rambling? Because I can do that, just write up my own post with rambles on all the characters. Maybe even call it something stupid like the Chen's Pawsonal Log or some other stupid cat pun. It'd be like those side material things that usually comes with Light Novels!

Although... considering you'd want to keep an amphibious landing from succeeding, I guess it makes sense to prevent a breakthrough and landing point from being set up.Chen: Oh hey we finally lost once. Even if it is because Lu Bu is fucking Lu Bu.
Alex: If there is one thing true through the centuries, is that sane men run when they hear "IT'S LU BU!". Sadly, no one thought of informing everyone this time.
Chen: Shut up, I thought Lu Bu showing up was going to be obvious to everyone else! I mean, come on did they really think they wouldn't join in the fight?! Really now guys!
Alex: Apparently, they didn't think it would be the very first fight.

Considering whose book taught me the importance of leaving at least one exit open if you don't want to get stuck in an extra-bloody battle..."...I'm confused, she just ganged up on us right?" My mind raced back to the battle as I tried to figure out what happened in the chaos. "Block all the exits than overwhelm us with numbers? It's pretty simple really."
Well, she did leave an open retreat route. Likely deliberate, too.Considering whose book taught me the importance of leaving at least one exit open if you don't want to get stuck in an extra-bloody battle...

Well, at least it's not someone even more well known for tactical and strategic bullshit and trolling, like Zhuge Liang.
Or not the one that set the meme "It must take a tactical geniu- CREED!"Well, at least it's not someone even more well known for tactical and strategic bullshit and trolling, like Zhuge Liang.
Not quite, more like Presence Concealment. What Arondight does, is to both increase the defense of both wielder and allies within its AOE and also lower the hostility towards them. It makes the enemies not target you unless you engage them directly, like a Notice-me-Not Field, and protect you in case you do end up drawing attention.

This is because in the game the skill Arondight both reduce agro of a huge amount and increase DEF.
To expand, their GDoc got flagged by a what was probably a bot and removed for violating Google's ToS. Not quite sure how fanfiction GDoc count in that regard, but yeah.Alex: Ah right, we had some troubles with Docs. Nothing major, but one piece of advice: start backing up your files. And then back up the back-up copies.
Chen: This has been your daily lesson from the Idiot Brigade.
Are you joking? Lu Bu, if we follow historical precedents, obviously gets powerups from their (multitude of infamous) face-turns. (jk)And now you know, and knowing is half the battle!
....the other half is whether or not Lu Bu gets nerfed because of her face-turn.
Yes and no. Yes, it was a slightly humorous statement, but at the same time, no, IMO it's going to be kind of jarring if Bu goes from being some "Feudal Chinese Juggernaut, Bitch!" as an enemy to "Elite Mook" status as an ally. Are you joking? I don't Romance of the Three Kingdoms (or Dynasty Warriors outside of the Japan spinoff) or anything else Feudal China, but Nasu tells me just enough that I still agree with that sentiment. But yeah. It's a bit jarring to see a completely loyal Lu Bu for once in fiction. (Thus far, and it looks like it's going to stay that way.)
......and, holy crap, that right there is actually a legitimate narrative excuse for Redemption Demotion. On a more serious note, that gunshot into her left shoulder could actually do some damage to her figthing performance. Not much, but still.
