Where in canon is it mentioned that you need good chakra control to break genjutsu? or hide? Applying seals with a single touch is S rank stuff, and if we're talking about any kind of special jutsu then creating that would need A or S rank in both control and ninjutsu anyways.
Naruto only rarely used Kurama's chakra in the vast majority of the series, and Kurama didn't make his chakra regenerate faster. The healing seems more like an Uzumaki trait that got enhanced by Kurama then a specific kyuubi thing.

Actually, chakra regen seems like it would be a percentage based thing, so higher chakra reserves would mean faster regen, if only because 1% for someone with high amounts of chakra would be more than 1% or someone with less.

All your examples are wrong, none of these things are hampered by taking too much chakra. Again, see naruto. In fact, some of those are the exact opposite.

Breaking genjutsu is done via spiking your chakra to disrupt the very carefully controlled genjutsu chakra, having a bigger pool can only help.

Creation of and learning of kickass jutsu often requires sufficiently large chakra, many jutsus are specifically not available to those with small chakra pools. They also are very training intensive in that specific jutsu, the bigger chakra pool (and subsequent recovery rate increase) mean its easier to train or create most jutsus. unless they are specifically high accuracy jutsus like genjutsu or healing jutsu. Offensive, defensive, and most utility jutsu don't really require much control and benefit far more from the increase CP and regen rate

Kyubi Healing is important, because it's one of the ways to overcome many deadly problems.

Regarding learning of jutsu, Sakura learned how to walk on the trees/walls instantly Sasuke and Naruto have spent week - it's about 700 times difference in learning speed, which means wasting 700 - 1000 times less chakra. Creation is similar, but requires specific knowledge. "Spiking" chakra is literally chakra control exercise against opponents chakra control.

Now, imagine learning defensive or offensive jutsu rolls with -50 on control rolls and 300% chakra to work with: it means we get three d100 rolls (instead of one) and each roll have -50 penalty to it, so we can get 3 devastating critical failures (losing bodypart and organs) and we can't heal ourself from those. We have neither Naruto's luck, nor his augumented healing. It means we can't learn anything worthy, without losing a limb or two.

Now, think about convenient multiple shadow clones jutsu, it always take all of our chakra so a failure-roll would lead to coma or organ failure or death (depending on a roll). So we would need to gain some other bonuses for that roll, learn regular clones (+10), then elemental release and elemental clone (+10), then gain extensive spiritual knowledge (+25), which would take a lot of time and provide +45 total against -50 penalty (for roll with instant death risk).

This is not how learning defensive jutsus works. Heck, it is not even how learning chakra control reliant jutsus work. People who are bad at control don't just explode themselves when they try to train genjutsu. And learning a jutsu is not done via 1d100-50 control roll unless QM is grossly misinterpreting the source material.

Furthermore, if you were correct and high control individuals could learn jutsus 700x faster, then every single healing ninja would know 700x more jutsus (and more advanced jutsus) than other ninja. While healing nin are not at all shown to be like that. It is more likely that a jutsu has "control needed to learn " score (and for most its pathetically low) and a "quantity needed" score.

And then you just need to grind at it with "talent/affinity" boosting or lowering the amount of effort needed. Unless your control is too low in which case it is slowed down.
A large part of it would also be memorizing the hand seals needed.

I will also remind you that naruto was able to make shadow clones on his first attempt, after years of being unable to make a normal clone. And that was BEFORE he learned tree walking or the leaf sticking control exercises! Just with his innate "bad control" he was able to do shadow clones successfully on the first attempt.

Then on top of that is the fact that many jutsus are flat out impossible without huge reserves of chakra.

... your math is wrong. She did it instantly, let's be non generous and assert it took her 5 seconds.
And say that sasuke and naruto trained for 14 hours a day. that comes out to 352800 seconds. which means she did it 70,560 times faster than them. Not a mere 700. If you say she got it in one second then she learned it 352,800x faster.

In terms of game mechanics, perfect control should provide +50 bonus for learning ninjutsu. Extensive scientific and spiritual knowledge should provide +25 each. In that sense medic ninjas should be able to use any jutsu they want to, as long as they know mechanics of it (except bloodline limits).
Tree walking, water walking and rasengan are simply applications of chakra, which can act as control exercise.
Brute forcing brain with chakra is a kind of suicide move.
Don't compare genjutsu and ninjutsu training, also Izanagi is genjutsu, so devastating critical failure in learning defensive genjutsu could result in erasing oneself from existence. Devastating critical failue of tree walking training is getting too high, falling head-first and breaking a neck.
Healing is much harder that any other kind of jutsu, because it's meant to undo damage, so it's take 700x times learning to do it right.
Naruto himself is insanely lucky guy, he rolled 100 on learning and he knew basic clones which gave him +10 and after adding penalty -50, he got 60 - passing grade to learn jutsu (without any of the important details).
Kirin, one of the biggest jutsu takes literally drop of chakra from Sasuke.
Shadow clones with unequal distribution of chakra would require very high proficiency with it (beyond kage-level)
Now regading my math, Sakura learned tree walking from Kakashi's explanation (a few minutes). We could say that Naruto and Sasuke learned it at the same time, they just got -100 in proficiency score, while Sakura had 50 (where someone can be considered passable), so the rest of the week Naruto and Sasuke was rolling 1d20 (each day) to improve proficiency, Sasuke had better control (adding control/10 to his rolls), Naruto matched him with insane luck (getting 20 for each day of training). Or we can skip proficiency mechanics and say that they learned it in a week, giving Perfect Control 700 times boost to jutsu learning.

The few minutes the teacher talked at them is not time spent learning the jutsu, just like how I didn't count the many hours a day naruto and sasuke slept or did other things. Only time spent actually trying to channel chakra into performing a jutsu is time spent actually training.

The actual learning was when she put her foot on the tree and tried to shape her chakra. This was done in at most seconds for her, and a week for naruto and sasuke. Making her hundreds of thousands of times faster than them.

Tree walking is not a ninjutsu, it is a chakra control training exercise / general skill.
And your statement is equivocating a punch with performing brain surgery. Yes both of them are "a practical application of your ability to move your body". But performing brain surgery requires mm scale accuracy while a punch does not. There are plenty of people who are not crippled who can throw punches and can't perform brain surgery.

In this case, brain surgery would be genjutsu and healing jutsu. While throwing a punch would be things like fireball jutsu, water dragon jutsu, shadow clone jutsu, etc. Naruto learned shadow clones before he learned to tree walk

Look at the kai, Chakra flow is disrupted to break genjutsu. this is not some fine control stuff method. This is breaking the fine control of the genjutsu by roughly disrupting your own chakra flow. Also, you are seemingly interpreting "brute force" to mean "massive quantities of chakra". It isn't, its rough, it is not specifically aimed, and even if it isn't a lot in absolute terms it ends up being significantly more than the genjutsu itself uses. It is equivalent to smashing a watch with a brick. Yes, throwing a brick is an application of bodily control, because you literally couldn't move it otherwise. But it isn't fine control.

Aso for why naruto couldn't dispel itachi's, that is because Doujutsu kekkai genki are bullshit that can LITERALLY rewrite the laws of reality. Moreover you are talking about the top form of those reality warpers.

For canon backing of self-injury from ninjutsu training look at Naruto chapter 223, where Sasuke learns GREAT FIRE BALL, he burned his cheeks. In chapter 161, Naruto have damaged his palms while training rasengan. Chapter 18, while learning Tree walking exercise, Naruto have fallen on his back and hit his head. I hope that now you understand why I expected learning Ninjutsu (and Genjutsu) to be control based rolls.

No, I'm refering to chapter 259 "Itachi's power", where Naruto is fighting against genjutsu that Itachi's casted using his finger. And to be clear, Rasengan is pure chakra control and Naruto have learned it, he can weild 3-tails worth of Kyubi's chakra, which also show high level of control (not yet perfect).

In the fic it was "-95% XP gain for genjutsu, -50% chakra control, prerequisite for learning shadow clone".
Here it is "-50 chakra control rolls until you reach mastered level."

Alright, been seeing a big argument going on so I am going to clarify a few things, first, for clarities sake, this is NOT a true blue 'Gamer' fic where you will have access to an 'Inventory' screen or be able to select perks and assign stat points on level up, I will be using a MODIFIED version that will work something like D&D

Stats will look like this (This is only an example, not the starting stats for the character you are creating right now)

Dexterity - Dexterity affects one's ability to dodge, move acrobatically and special movement (Like tree hopping), influences some Taijutsu and ranged weapons

Wisdom - Wisdom affects one ability to understand how one decision can affect oneself and the world and can help resist negative mental effects, a component of Chakra Pool and influences Chakra Control

Intelligence - Intelligence affects one ability to understand how the world operates and figure out minute details, a component of Chakra pool and influences Chakra Control

Honestly, with your mental debate, it was either going to be [Shapemaster], or [Flicker]. But in the end [Shapemaster] ended up being your pick. [Sealmaster] was actually a rather simple choice to make, given the fact that you were going to be an Uzumaki, giving you a head start on learning it was a simple thing. Now [Medic Nin] was another choice you locked into pretty easily, when one thought about it for a second, it really was a bullshit power to have in the Naruto-verse.

Just look at Kabuto, the man could regenerate on the level of Naruto… who was a goddamn Jinchuriki.

And that's not mentioning the bullshit power of Tsunade's Yin seal.

I find servant family interesting, it's like orphan, only we have an enemy outside of konoha and also a chance to rescue some family members from there too. The fact we are uzumaki though might be significant. Are our family also uzumaki, or are we the cuckchild of some uzumaki who had a fling with a family member? if the family is uzumaki then the fact they are being kept as slaves by some other village is significant to konoha.

As for initial stat point, remember that they are initial. And being a genius will give us a solid foundation for training everything else going forward. Heck in the end you can do like tsunade and just magic yourself obscene super strength. A focus on wis and int will help with that

The lowest chakra achievable is 200, The highest is 625 (w/ 25 con, and 15 total Int +wis) ,
This gives 600, but i'm opting for a higher mental stat as it seems more useful, and fits with "Wizard" jutsu user concept.

STR isn't super critical with how techniques can easily replace them for damage. Explosive seals are cooler than punching anwyays.
CON: does a LOT of different shit. High is good.
DEX: WHile its too important to dump, not cirtical enough that i'd go out of my way to keep.
WIS: I'm dumping this because socially unaware characters are amusing, also see below.
INT Doesn't add much to anything for sub-stats (Resistantces, etc),so i'm forced to presume it most directly affects learning checks. We also have both Medical and Seals, which would seem to tick off it as well.

Edit: Changed INT/Wis to not cripple Wis.
