Odd thing happened

So no clue what was up but for like a minute every time i clicked anywhere on the site it just straight up went to a page that said you shouldnt be here
Which ya know i have never seen before
And i closed the tab a bit after and then came back and it stopped
So was it only me or is this a prank or did i run into a eldritch god telling me off via the internet

That really confused me for a bit and I had to remind myself that April Fools was weeks ago.

Though with an eerie message like that smacking you in the face without warning it's kinda like starring in your very own creepypasta, all it's missing is the hyper-realistic eyes.

Yeah I had a brief creepypasta panic before worrying if the site was hacked.

Glad it was just a config mistake and not something worse.

Was writing a reply to a post, and the site noted there had been additional replies, I tapped to open it and it said 'oops' and I couldn't do anything. Tried posting my reply, it repeated the same 'oops' warning. Tried refreshing it, and it declared some database error.

Decided to take a short break and look at other sites, so glad to see it back and working, it had me wonder if something had occurred or if I missed a notice on some server maintenance or other stuff like that.

Alethiophile was doing work earlier, as he said ofc, but considering this might(?) be the second leak between the testbed and stable version we're using I'm kinda worried if something else is wrong with the site infrastructure causing said leak.

If its something else though then its something else too of course. Just figured I'd ask her considering it was a similar, if different yes, error.
