Found a fellow soul believe that higher level reality should have faster time flow naturally.

Though in the case of bleach soul society is an artificial sub realm that is parasiting the world of living which also explain why it is easier to go to world of living (not just live there when stationed) and much much harder to get to hollow realm where even the weakest hollow can travel to.

Anyhow, by this point MC operates more on what he was actually taught in detail by his teachers, not by half-remembered self-contradicting show. He still theorizes and hopes, but the general consensus is that a Zanpakuto form as it does, you can't do much to affect it.

Rather is recycling of a good material
An example would be trying to use the materials that meet requirement would be 100 portion
A shinigami dead body can be used to make 1 or more of said sword?

Also the execution spear/sword thingy is just a means to not waste zampakuto that refused to follow it's shinigamis fate and potentially a way to recycle related materials than an actual execution blade.
