Four HARDBOILED outlaws get a job that will officially send them to the Major Leagues. The job is successful, despite the usual hiccups.

Unfortunately, Rikuhachima Aru accidentally activates something that she shouldn't, granting her an ability to spawn Random Items. It's not as fun as it sounds.
Randomizer Rules New
AN: This fic uses the Wiki Warrior ruleset established by donutdodongo and @Alexander.

The way Randomizer stories like these work is that you roll a d20 for a Summon's "power", determining for how long it sticks around for, such as minutes, hours, or even forever, and then select a Random Page from Wikipedia. However, like it's done on SRL and ARR the rules I've set up for BR are different.

1. Instead of using Wikipedia, I instead use a list of 30 Sources to roll from. These Sources, in order, are:

2. All Summons are PERMANENT, regardless of Power. Instead, Power determines the, well, power of a Summon; a regular sword with a Power of 1 will be rusted to near-uselessness, while the same sword with a Power of 20 will be greatly sharpened and reinforced.

3. Characters summoned by Aru are referred to as Units, and can be distributed summoned powers and abilities. However, Unit Summons are noticeably rarer than typical Summons to avoid character bloat. With Blue Archive being a gacha game which periodically adds new characters, this rule is quite necessary. Units can be chosen to receive summoned powers and abilities instead of Aru if it fit them better.

4. When an Unit or a building/location is summoned, instead of always making them appear near Aru I'll instead roll a dice to decide where in Kivotos that summon will appear. At the moment the possible locations are: Abydos, Gehenna, Millennium, Trinity, Hyakkiyako, Shanhaijing, Red Winter and the District of Utnapishtim.

5. Some Summons are too abstract to directly summon, so they're instead converted to some alternative power or effect. Expect this to apply to, Episodes or Chapters. The same applies to most characters to be summoned if I think they don't add anything noteworthy to the story or are too troublesome to manage. Finally, if I consider a summon to be too hard to implement naturally on the story it will be re-rolled.

6. Aru cannot summon anything that poses an outright and immediate threat to herself or Kivotos as a whole. For example, while Aru can summon a bomb she can't summon a bomb that's about to explode. Not immediate threats are a completely different story.

7. Some things are outright too powerful for Aru to summon directly, such as Gods. Instead, they will be interpreted and converted into something else.

8. For the sake of story, it may be necessary for me to summon ahead of time in order to make a chapter more cohesive.

9. I cannot summon anybody from the real world, such as actors or designers, or anything that'd potentially break the fourth wall such as things that refer to the Source as a game.

10. To make sure I get a good spread of summons from across the Sources, only one Summon per Source each chapter is allowed. Moreover, once 10 Sources are locked they cannot be unlocked until I roll from and lock 10 other Sources.
