And she just started making rifles - but,still with blackpowder.Well,enough to defeat other rulers.
I only wonder,why she do not made rocket like those used by brits in Napoleon times - they were innacurate,but great against calvary.
And calvary is their major problem now.

Indeed.If she could made blackpowder rifles,she could made gatlings,too.
And then,it would be like in old song - "look how they running away,becouse we have gatling,and they have no"
