Alas, as it has but a single patty and no middle layer of bun, this is still a sandwich rather than a cake.
I could be mistaken, but that looks to me like a three layer cake made to look like a burger. The bun and patties are cake, the onions and pickles are white chocolate, the mayo is frosting, and the ketchup and tomato are fruit products.

Since there are three layers of bread, it's a form of cake.

There were food reviews of it as "normal whopper plus chocolate" so as far as I can tell it was indeed an actual hamburger. I've put chocolate sauce on chicken myself and had it come out pretty good, though, so the mere idea does not make me wrinkle my nose either way.

I bothered to look up the picture, it's from a Youtube vid. It's an April Fools from 2018. That said, it is all desert foods.

Cake bun, grilled chocolate patty, etc. Just a cake made to look like a burger.

I feel like I'm missing something, as I doubt that the reason is just 'hey, it looks kind of like a paw print, except for the white one.' Possibly it's related to media that I've forgotten or never consumed?

EDIT: Also, now I'm hungry.

It's the Piper Perri meme, with pastries.
