Redunant but perhaps for the extras they both have. Why both Deadpool and Wolverine? Seems redundant to have both, especially since one of them is causing the skin cancer.

That or for stupid illogical plot reasons. Like the guy going with them to Cadmus instead of staying put.
just wondering will the mc be on the young justice team forever or go independent or even turn villain at some point? as well do you think there are going to be any pairings for the mc?
another question, I'm not sure how the marvel tag is accurate as at this point I'm pretty sure everything has been DC
unless its just the power that is marvel?
Does that mean he could theoretically recall a power he once had or discarded to make room for his current five powers?"Lastly, his physiology. He has a hormone in his blood they have never seen before. They found an unknown exotic subatomic particle. Mosaic DNA, his power changes him at the genetic level but no more than necessary, it seems, they believe his prior mutations are stored in his junk DNA."
Should this be, "his abilities will leave him vulnerable." ?"He cannot. He theorizes that the cancer would remain, and that his abilities will not leave him vulnerable. So until he finds a metahuman that will make him immune to cancer, or find an outside cure, he will remain as he is."
Clarke's Law...and considering the bullshit that can be done with just physical strength in the case of Superman (freaking Planet Buster with only a straight jab), psychic power and magic is only starts getting impressive at the godlike entity level.although the difference between psychic power and magic has always seemed a little fuzzy to me in DC.
Which version had Doomsday as a Cadmus creation?
Guessing SI never saw YJ, because that was his reaction, and it only got worse. While perfectly understandable, I can't recall Clark ever being this weirded out about the whole thing.
Oh man finally an SI with Mimic's powers. I've been looking to see if anyone has got one but it only existed in my head, until now. I almost got around to writing one but my writer's block can't let me finish a chapter.
So questions about his powers and I understand if you won't answer due to spoilers

Does your Earth-12's Calvin have the half as powerful nerf to a power he mimics?
Any plans to mimic Superman's powers? I mean your SI has to know he lives in a multi-universe with Trigon and Darkseid in it and being a Kryptonian is just a smart move.
So if he does assimilate the Man of Steel's powers would Colossus's steel form block Kryptonite radiation? Cheating hack right there
Should this be, "his abilities will leave him vulnerable." ?

Isn't the DCAU the one JLU and the movies built off it is from? Positive Doomsday came from a meteor dug up by Lex in that. The DCAU, where Cadmus built Doomsday from Superman's DNA in case Supes went all Justice Lord.
Yeah, I've decided that the SI retaining my knowledge of the YJ cartoon would turn this into a stompfic "Gestalt comes to YJ, defeats the Light in an afternoon, dance party ending."

Damn retcons, the lifeblood of American comics
Nice to see you continue this but this is a filler chapter. 98% useless data for the character and only 2% important and that is that he has some manners and his new clothing.
way too much talking in my head useless out of world trivia or comments about real world and nothing for the story.
Dunno, I liked it, although I didn't really understand the part about the sentinels, but that is because i think it is about some MU comicNice to see you continue this but this is a filler chapter. 98% useless data for the character and only 2% important and that is that he has some manners and his new clothing.

In Marvel comics, the Sentinels, weapons of genocide, have been built by the US government, because why do something useful like build infrastructure or fund education, when you can waste money on giant killer robots to murder your own citizens?
So the comment about privately funded Sentinels in Mimic's reality is that because of Mimic being a popular, charismatic, and inspirational figure, ala Superman, mutant phobics are fringe extremists, hence the Sentinels were built by rich lunatics and not the Department of Defense.
It's sad how rare it is that the giant robotic death squad isn't funded by the government. I really look forward to seeing more of this!
Thank you, I appreciate hearing that, as it were.
I am working on it, but I've had a couple of false starts.
I've even considered starting the "side stories about alternate SIs who found themselves in different universes," even though my original plan was to establish the story a bit more first.
