    You wake up in same Hospital as Rick Grimes is waking up, assuming you can handle the existential dread what do you do?

    You have an M1911 and an RK5, both with double there max ammo.

    4 grenades, and you gain 2 more every 6 hours you survive.

    You have all the Perks, BO1-BO4 and Cold war.

    What do you do?

    Windows wine grenades, Vultures Aid drops and all power ups, yes.
    Max ammo's give you 10 times the clip size of three guns your carrying worth of ammo.
    Nukes and insta kills only effect zombies, but humans can drop Power ups too.

    First I'd get the hell out of the hospital asap, how Rick Grimes survived that place is a mystery to me- in a zombie apocalypse hospitals would probably be absolutely packed with people that got bit seeking treatment, it's a place you should avoid if you don't have a death wish. (Instead for medical supplies go to a veterinarian hospital, most of the medicine works well enough for humans I've read, and it won't get you swarmed.)

    In fact I'm almost certain I'd die in that hospital, I don't know how to fire anything more than a bb gun outside of video games and I can't imagine my aim and my reaction to real recoil would be that great, and worse I don't know Call of Duty so the perks I'd obtain as well as the zombies strength would be a mystery but I'm assuming they're tougher and faster than the 'walkers'.

    If I didn't... I'd try to find a place to hole up, maybe... a Dotty's- a tiny chain casino with some snacks and plenty of booze, the later of which I think I'd badly need, a place that I don't think anyone else would really consider during a zombie apocalypse. There I'd wait and hope that the military manages to do what they almost never do in fiction and fight them off.

    one of the Perks you get is Deadshot Daiquiri, in the normal game its basically useless, literally just skill issue, it makes you automatically aim at a zombies head and gives you better hip fire accuracy, not very helpful compared to everything else but here it's a god send.

    Finding a place with a casino with.a vet nearby might be a bit of a task, but honestly that's probably one of the best plans I've heard.

    As for the zombies it's just twd Walkers.
