What voices do you read others posts in?

A fairly self-explanatory title I think, so I'll just give a barebones continuation. When you're browsing through QQ and read others comments, is there any particular "voice" you "hear" it in? Do you invent new voices, use ones from celebrities or actors or such, just read everything in a mental dialiuge donsisting of your voice only, etc, etc?

Random, I know, but the thought's been dinging about in the back of my head a while now.

I don't have internal voices because I'm a husk of a person
The phenomenon you're referring to is called subvocalization, it's pretty neat.
My internal voice is -in 90% of circumstances- the voice I hear when I speak.
The other 10% is when I've heard a character or person's voice aloud before reading dialogue, or when I've somehow been given a strong impression of a character before actually reading any of that character's dialogue.

Normally I "hear" things in a fairly neutral voice, shaded slightly male or female depending on circumstances. But there are a few exceptions. Like Biigoh, I "hear" everything the tanuki posts in the sweet tones of Barry White.

I have no idea why

I hear my own voice honestly, for non-speaking reads at least.

For speaking reads, I tend to read it in the voice of the character's VA (e.g. I read Kirito's as Matsuoka Yoshitsugu, Megumin as Takahashi Rie) except for when their voices suck (Goku's japanese VA), their voices no longer match their body (Boruto Generations' Naruto), or the speaker I'm reading doesn't have an anime/drama cd adaptation yet (e.g. Mushoku Tensei), in which case, I give them the voices I think will fit them (Takeuchi Junko for his child age, Kaji Yuki for his teen age, and Morikawa Toshiyuki for both his adult age and inner monologues).

But yeah, I tend to read mostly in my voice, except for the times I feel like using someone else's (e.g. reading an epic prologue that just has to be read in a deep, booming voice like the guy from Old Spice not named Terry Crews).

I read most people in a neutral voice, but I read some people in this voice:

Some posters I read as whiny!Fred and others as mocking!Fred, some are even smug!Fred.

I read a lot of things aloud (quietly and rapidly), so usually my voice. From the few times I've heard it recorded, it's a moderately-sophisticated voice that tends to drawl somewhat.

I'm not sure. Whenever I'm self-conscious of it I think it might be different.

My best guess would be an incomplete version of my normal internal voice. Like sort of whispering and not quite pronouncing anything. And I have no real idea how I'd describe my internal voice.

I hear Biigoh in anime voices. When tanuki is being fluffy and playful it's cute anime girl. When Tanuki is serious and nipping it's Fist of the North Star serious voice.

Other than that it's internal voice per usual. But depending on my previous experience with the poster the tone definitely changes.

I read most posts in like, Laura Bailey's voice with a few exceptions.

Cambrian's posts? Palpy from Robot Chicken.

Biigoh? Uh, Yoda. (Shrugs.)

Lessee who else... TheBleachDoctor is a box of kittens, and a few other people I read in Morgan Freeman's voice because the contrast between what they're actually posting and the calm baritone of Morgan Freeman is kinda hilarious.

Oh and my own posts?

Iunno. Jennifer Hale? Mark Meer? Depends on how I'm feeling atm.
