He was quite serious with it.

In one of those threads about the new EU internet regulations, somebody suggested Google should just not offer its services in the EU. This (about a company's hypothetical choice where to do business) somehow Rufus up in arms, with him calling Google services survival necessary, and that Google should never try to challenge a superpower, and if Google did it, its board members would be disappeared, etc. It was quite raving mad.

The strongest opposition Rufus can hope to defeat:

He's French, so by extension all the other ducks are. That means an English Pointer, a German Jagdterrier, and a single Vizsla raised in Austria might do the trick, but only if they attack at the beginning of spring, when the duck army is exhausted and low on supplies and morale, just asking to be ground down into dust.
 
Strongest thing they can take is a bunch of medieval peasants.

But gets stomped by a single English archer.
