His big weakness is stealth attacks in his sleep, and his preferred method of dealing with those is to maintain the masquerade of being a slightly oddball Underlord so that no one puts the effort in to make one. And remember, this isn't the main SI. Mammon is a good deal weaker and less skilled. Killing Apophis is certainly doable. Destroying a planet is probably beyond him, even ignoring killing millions of innocent people.
