The White Light wasn't even involved at all until the end of the event. He was resurrected by the Star Sapphire Miri Riam, using the Violet Light to channel the bond between Kyle and Soranik to heal Kyle and bring him back to life.

I thought your were talking about one of the times when he actually died and was resurrected.

I remembered Ranx, I just discounted him since he was mentioned already in the chapter, and he isn't actually a planet, just planet-sized. But it's true that Oh El might have been counting him.
 
Yeah, knowing the DC cosmology and lore, nothing really surprise Paul anymore, he basically seen it all and kinda know how rare the weird shit is and that he will in fact run into them or where to find them
