Worst Isekai Settings To Be Tossed In?

Are we talking the worst Isekai settings to be sent to or the worst settings to be Isekai'd into?

The former would be Overlord because you are a mere puny human that will soon be fodder for the sake of a wimpy Lich's empire unless you somehow catch his eye and if you do you better actually have him specifically word for your well being otherwise his underlings will vivisect you or do something more horrible.

For the later I would argue Earth Defense Force because you are literally outnumbered a thousand to one by giant insects every couple of years and they appear everywhere. A little under half the population dying in three months of constant warfare is seen as not too bad. At least the BETA in Muv Luv would notice losing laser classes to a handful of soldiers.

Suggest criteria of "how likely would a common civilian die horribly on average", including risk factors such as universal conscription and such. Helldivers does have a strong case if we take the seasonal "Wars" Defeats as canon, Super-Earth being destroyed by the enemy and the fleet leaving to recolonise another planet.

Would you include implied "how likely would a common civilian die on average" as well? As well as those rates on anyone remotely trained/skilled?

Edit: Cause to be fair depending on the setting, some result in you being irrelevant if isekai'd there with implied worseness for it. Thus one would think to get some training/etc. in, but then that begs the question of risks that comes with that.
