To be honest, those AI audiobooks are pretty nice, because they use AI to generate pictures of the scenes and then animate them, so it's like segments of like 5 second videos that string together to complement the ongoing story, which really makes the listening experience

though, the downside is they often add BGM into the video, which can be disgusting

Since Makima can't be hurt without the damage transferring to an innocent person, the bean gets all the abuse when she pisses him off.

Also, he vehemently denies any claims that the tinier drones will grab the Makima bean at night to use as a teddy bear. Though there will come a reckoning the day Makima opens a random closet and finds a sleeping drone snuggled up with an incredibly smug looking plushy of herself.

I Completely understand. IRL stuff always takes priority. I'm willing to wait however long it takes. Especially for something of really good quality like "The Lust" snippets have consistently been.

Nah, doesn't have to be face claimed only Danmachi styled. Was more leaning towards drawing inspiration FROM those listed fandoms although the people I also listed COULD be given the Danmachi treatment, but no, not all of them need be faceclaims. Also sorry, I was busy with another chapter and I didn't see this until just now.

Lately, I've been running into a lot of stories that are filled with filler, like you'd read a chapter and realize that there's like five sentences of the entire thing that has actual substance, you know, like, it's like the microtransactions of stories

It's just that most stories here with some level of popularity get AI voiced, if not professional audiobooks with multiple actors and sound effects (yeah they do audiobooks of fanfics too lmao), so when it gets wordy around the middle of the story after the pace slows down, I have to get up every minute or two to skip ahead 10-30 seconds, which is hella annoyinggg

Did you decide to drop the cyclops SI? was getting super interesting, and even as someone who's never really read any of the books was actually really easy to understand, would not be surprised if you were a real part time author just because of how immersed you got me.

That said, I've worked a bit on the next chapter already, and I'll probably have a chance to finish it soon.

So is the Ugly Bastard Sekirei story abandoned after almost two years of inactivity? Or is it still in line? Cuz last time it was asked you said it was third in line after two updates to some of your older stories but I don't follow those so I don't know if you've updated those stories yet or at all. Is it still in the plans?

It's still in line. Real life kind of sidelined most of my stories and the one I'm currently working on is the one I really want to work on and that one is still kind of taking a while because of a lack of time to really focus on it. It's unfortunate but I just don't have as much time to update things as I used to.
