Why don't you make a snippet thread? Not trying to sound accusing, but you pretty frequently start a short story that could fit into a snippet thread. Then you could avoid being pestered about this or that story, since it's just a snippet thread. And when you truly intend to focus on a story and/or finish it, you could just pull it out of the snippet thread and post it as usual.

Sometimes I wonder if God exists, and if he is like Hitogami, from Mushoku... A sadistic being that gets it's kicks by making people lives harder just to laugh at them and taunt them as they die... I wonder if such a being exist and in a twisted way I hope it does... That way I could curse and lash out at something, instead of just having to deal with life being just like that.

Weirdly enough I'm the opposite, the idea that the world in its current state as shitty as it is solely our fault and the fault of the people that came before us is comforting. Because at least than in the future, people can work towards something better even if I don't even have an idea of what 'better' would look like in this context.

Thanks for the answer man. Sorry if it seems intrusive, it's just that your story is one of the few that hasn't managed to be forgotten after a year of waiting.... and now there's a real lull in the good quest work, which is frustrating. Anyway hopefully it will be updated periodically, but good luck with your studies.
