Excuse me can I please ask something? In essence cyoa the essence of the Akashic Grimoire. Does it already contain knowledge or does it need to search for it. Like it says that the book contains secrets large and small alongside knowledge to strengthen yourself but it also says that it needs to search for specific knowledge. Could you please clarify.

You should go to the Essence thread for questions like that. I believe for this essence, the more widely known information is, the faster the grimoire will find it. If you're looking for a piece of information lost to time, it will take a bit longer for it to be found (author's fiat), but it will eventually be found.

I'm sorry, but I cannot say so I can't help you. I put it on the back burner last year soon after that comment. I didn't unwatch the story like I would have if I started hating it, but I must have been very frustrated with it if I set it down for a while.

Yeah I read the complete thing and had to grit my teeth through some scenes. I also find stories where the mc is only a "brother", "mentour" etc, with no romantic prospects to be lacking tbh.

I think we have similar taste though. Any recommendations that are not that popular? My to-read list is very dry right now xD
