I mean, yeah, Riser is an asshole, but he knows what he wants, and he knows he's not smart enough to manage shit, so he hands it off to his sister or whoever else... like he can delegate. Through using the right people for the right job, you can see that his peerage at least cares about him, and they actively foster harmony.

Makes you wonder who really should be the protagonists.

Can you apply some Perks (Big Assets, Porn Physics, Adjustable Fluids, Normalize, etc.) to the entire setting instead of just yourself?
