    I see a few of these guys who did a "reborn at the start of X", where X is like, reiki returns/ghosts world comes/worm holes open/etc., and half the time, they make their MC start with a megacorp. And the first thing they do is cash out their stock. Which is weird. Couldn't they borrow on the assets from banks instead? It's faster, won't tank the stock, and gets them more cash...

    protagonist's antagonist-wisdom-reduction aura is probably stronger than even plot armor, because it's not a hard limit on protagonist's inability to die, but a hard limit on the world/setting due to the author/writer being too stupid to write more competent antagonists, and inability to weave more complex plots than 1+1=3
