    The combat related classes give them the XP needed to level up, and they have some leftover skill points that they dump into utility and/or random skills, like Basic Literacy, Ancient Languages, American Tax Law, Iterated Logic Puzzles, Scrimshaw, etc.

    So by the time school started, because MC kicked Mary Sue "BFF" out of her house, Mary Sue went and spent like 15 days at each of the four guys houses, so come orientation day, it becomes like an idol fan meeting when Mary Sue started accusing her of being an online slut or whatever, while she in turn asks Mary Sue if she slept with all four guys, and which of them does she like best
