Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.

Reddit 2 but from a different reddit is a different image as far as QQ is concerned, so was retrieved into the cache on its own rather than attempting to load the already "existing" broken entry assigned to the original.
The site trying to grab all the images from imgchest after the DNS issue was fixed probably freaked out some kind of DDOS protection on there. Given past instances of issues like this with other sites the images should fix themselves sometime within the next 4-12 hours.
Except again, they don't have to, or even usually do, wrangle them they can just not wrangle them if no one's free to do so. If there was an approval system then someone would have to handle the tag requests.
It was just stated that they don't bother wrangling them because it's too much effort, why would they add an appeal process and make even more work for themselves?
Question, did you happen to turn off signatures? Because I know from previous issues people have had that doing that sometimes causes the page to not jump to the right spot.
Xenforo does not animate that, no. It just jumps to the correct point on the page or just loads in there. This is the normal behavior of most websites in general.
The only time it scrolls the page is if you click someone's name in quote header and the post it's quoting is on the same page...
QQ is not AO3, tags are neither regulated, required, or "wrangled". They exist purely so authors can make their stories more findable to people looking for specific content or avoidable for people trying not to read certain content.
We only switched to XF2 not quite a year ago, and tags...
