  • From all across the myriad timelines, the Saiyans are known as a race of warriors, a race of soldiers, a race of fighters. A race known for their love and food and their love of fighting, and most of all for the death and the destruction that they have unleashed onto countless worlds across the cosmos.
    
    Kirche is not from any of those timelines. In the distant past of the planet known as Sonne Hohl, The Saiyan Race were little more than cave people, at least until the entity known as the World Eater arrived. A terrifying being whose body was made of... Pink. It had the ability to transform others into food, and no matter how much it was damaged it returned to it's original form, only occasionally consuming others in a tide of goo in order to take on their forms and the strengths. The then known Planet Plant was then rescued from the World Eater by the Accord, an alliance of many peoples and races which had gathered together to face off against the World Eater. Many of the races which were a part of the Accord had lost their own worlds, reduced to populations of less than a million.
    
    The battle against the World Eater was long, and it was hard, which powers such that even the orbit of the world was changed, the planet's moon used as a weapon, until the World Eater encountered something strange and different from any threat it had faced before. A single Saiyan, cloaked not only in an aura of Godly red, but who was wrapped in the furs of an Ozaru yet the shape of a man. That man... The God-Blood, was the first Tsar of the Immersonnereich, and Kirche's first ancestor. After facing something that was both Gluttony and Battlelust incarnate... Well, the Saiyan people began to change their ways.
    
    Not entirely of course, as the Battle Rage and the love of food are in their blood, but that doesn't mean that they couldn't grow to master themselves, rather than be shackled to their desires. Of Course things have changed in the three thousand years since the world eater was bound. It has become the traditions and the responsibilities of the Tsar to keep the World Eater contained, such that it will never rise to threaten the Galaxy again. As such, the Saiyan Race, and the Immersonnereich have held a position of high honor in the center of the Accord...
    
    At least until Kirche's father, Tsar Brombeere came to a simple decision. The World Eater is bound by the magics of the Saiyan Royal blood, bound by ancient rituals and held within the ancient shell that has been formed around it. Surely the bindings could be changed such that the Tsar has control of the World Eater.
    
    He succeeded.
    
    Faced with the potential horrors of the dark god reborn, Kirche fled from home, searching the galaxy for anyone who might be willing to join together to form an army to once more face off against the still recovering World Eater, lest it grow strong enough to throw off her father's Yoke and unleash itself on the galaxy once more. It was while searching for allies that Kirche encountered the individual known as Fu. He offered more than just the kinds of allies that may allow the girl to save her home.
    
    He offered the secrets of the Blood-blood, though he knows the powers by different names. Super Saiyan God, and Super Saiyan Four.
    
    Such names are unknown to Kirche, but Fu is... strange, and he seems to have the skills to backup his words.
  • When it comes to understanding Kirche's personality, there are two distinct opposing forces at play with the young girl at all times.
    
    First and foremost, she is nobility. She has been raised to treat others with respect, she has been raised to defer to those of higher rank, and expect those of lower rank to defer to her. She has been taught to interact with over a hundred and fifty different cultures, not counting her own. She knows how to interact with the Megacorporate Capilitotheism of the Halcyon peoples, to the Militant culture of the Cerealian People, or the frustratingly complex E-Democracy of the Antineons. Then there is the Knight Training that she went through to become a Ritter Prinzessin, and the servile training to become a Lady in Waiting for the Dogaressa. Because of these different trainings, and the different opportunities that she has been exposed to through them, Kirche has met with people of all walks of life. From the lowliest of beggers to likes of Grand Chancellors and Kings.
    
    However, despite all the training that she has gone through, Kirche is a Saiyan, and the Three Fs are still strong in their blood. Food, fighting, and... uh... family-making. When she doesn't have to be in any situations where all that formal, stuffy etiquette and all those niceties are required, Kirche allows herself to finally let her guard down and be the person that she actually is inside. Kirche prefers the nicer things in life. To her, the best kind of day would be being allowed to lounge about in her silken meditation gi, made from what is considered the softest fabric in the entire galaxy, something called 'Angora Silk' made from an animal on some back water planet called 'Ey-Air-teth'. Somewhere out beyond not only the edge of the Immersonnereich, but beyond even the spread of the Accord itself.
    
    Anyways, her perfect day. Lounging around in her favorite meditation robe, maybe spend an hour out in the sunlight soaking up the warmth as she reads one of the classics. Kartoffle and Gurke for instance, or maybe Zweibelle's treatise on Sword forms. Then at least a good hour or so of sparring against any of the knights that might be willing to go up against her. Of course, everyone wimps out after just like thirty minutes. But maybe there is someone out there who can use a sword well enough to keep up with her.
    
    Then comes lunch, and second lunch. After that she would probably take a nap, spend an hour or two meditating, before trying to escape from her minders to go explore the city, trying to find the seediest places in order to meet the most interesting people. Either that, or see about taking a Spaceliner out to one of the other worlds of the Accord to meet with another race. It's fun meeting new people and trying to get an idea of what makes them do the things that they do. There would definitely be another bit of just relaxing out there as well, somewhere where she could listen to the sounds of nature, the whistling of birds or the wind through the trees...
    
    But... well, over the few recent months she has found little time to relax, instead putting her all into the strain of trying to figure out how to save her world from her father... How the save the galaxy from her father, and that has left her wound tighter than a spring.

Despite that, she has managed to gain a degree of respect from the people of this world due to their ability to see the future.

While technically ruling over the territory, much of the actual administrative work is handled by the Mayor of Icewind Dale. While the lands are technically under the Regency of Lord Kohl, the actual ruling power is through Mayor Tomaten, who respects and obeys his Countess instead of the Regent

    Distant from the lands of Schattensee, there is the Barony of Teufelszahnberg, a quaint little berg some three hundred miles from the capitol city of Planet Sonnegehölz. With a population of just over 9000 men, with an available levy of roughly 5000 Saiyan strong. The barony rests in the shadow of Devil Tooth mountain, and many of the Saiyans of the territory are either miners or farmers who have intentionally left the metropolitan life style for the peace and the calm of the outdoors. The Tsar is not particularly fond of the place, but it is a good location for those who go not fit into his grand schemes to go, so he leaves it alone.

    Lady in Waiting for the Dogaressa of the Norenburg Republic

    Among the different types of training that her father forced Kirche to take part in, the most notable of them all was becoming a lady in waiting for the Dogaressa of the Norenburg Republic. Essentially... A maid. But supposedly, it is to be training for when she eventually gets a husband. Just another reminder that even before her father lost his senses and decided to try and destroy the galaxy, he still thought of her as just another piece to further his own ambitions.

    I am currently struggling to try and explain the Magistrates in in-universe terms at the moment, but the Magistrates are essentially something between the Spectres and the Justicars of Mass Effect. They are a category above ordinary law enforcement, walking judges with the kinds of encyclopedic legal knowledge that dwarfs even the best lawyers. Kirche is technically a Magistrate in training, however at the current rate of her studies, she may be able to claim a position in the lowest order of Magistrates in the next eight to ten years, and she has been training for three already.
