Governor's Gambit - Star Wars SI into Imperial Governor

That was glorious, especially since Jir has absolutely no recourse. Who will side with her when she got herself dismissed because she was in the process of trying to give orders to a Moff in his own office ? Plus a MI operative and two Navy personnels who were very much outside of her chain of command. How many ranks above her is Las, even ?

So technically Momma Las is a Commandant which is a special rank, specifically an imperial in charge of a special asset IE a military academy. If your wanting to go top down from sector Moff you have on the political side governors, on the military side you have Fleet Admirals or Generals, then you have High Admiral or Major General, than Admiral and High General, Vice Admiral and Surface Marshall, Rear Admiral, lastly Commodore. So it depends if Commandant is considered army or navy, if navy she is 7 ranks below him if army its 5.

The best part is if she just sticks around and watches she'll realize Las and all her other kids are going to accomplish the goals she wants, she just wont be a part of it. So muh dynasty will still be achieved, she just wont be in charge

I never knew the Eruptor in Helldivers 2 was so goated against the Bots. Now I know.
Of course it is, it's a Bolter, the holiest of His Golden Majesty Man-Emperor of Mankind's weapons.
Thank you, but I was more asking how many ranks there are between Las and his mother.
Judjing by the ranking pips, 6 in two rows, it's an appointment for Commander/Colonel.
Even as a Governor, who are equivalent to a Fleet Admiral (Navy), Marshal (Army) and Director (everything else, including ISB), Las outranked her by 5 ranks, 6 when he became a Moff. But Moff also outranks everything mentioned above.
Above a Moff are only Grand General, Grand Admiral, Grand Moff, who are all equivalent of each other, and the Emperor. So, poetically speaking, as a Moff Las is two steps below the Throne.

You're right. Some would probably even try. The thing is, she has no influence over the Moff. She can train the rebels, but she doesn't bring any important contacts into the sector.
Sure.....

but they don't know that, do they?

Edit: plus theres always the political scandal. "Mother of Moff a Rebel Agent: How loyal are the rest" or something along those lines.

I kinda feel bad for his sisters and Dad, f the mom she's gotten what she's deserved at being rendered irrelevant. But I can see where they are coming from. Their Brother/son doesn't ever reach out to any of them they've all come to him. He doesn't make time for them, he doesn't chat with them outside of work, and he from their perspective he is a workaholic.

But none of them have tried to understand Las, they don't talk to his friends or trusted staff. They expect the Las they knew when he had shown that he is not that boy anymore.

If anything that's a good scheme by his imperial enemies. Trick her into defecting to the rebels only for it to be a trap to discredit him and get ISB on his ass
