Even if it is an assassin, I trust in The World to protect us. Even with our weakened The World, it should be more than enough to fend off a single assassin, combined with our Frozen Time, and we should have nothing to fear.

As much as I hate the fact that The World has been weakened, it does make sense, as a de-aged Polnareff could only summon a mini-Silver Chariot during his fight with Alessi, not that we'd know that IC, of course.

The world hasn't been weakened. We have the Kyuubi being sealed in us to thank for that. Also its Kakashi.

Be advised, The World is a humanoid Stand, so I'm ruling that part of its speed is dependent on Dio's. Not much of a limit, but it'll give you something to do before you're old enough to go missing-nin.

IIRC the World's Time Stop is normal, but its (meta)physical abilities are still weak(er), it's grown stronger since we were a baby, but I doubt it's at full strength yet.

Also we don't know who the new guy is IC, so we have every right to be suspicious.

I assumed that all the 'boost' did was give a full timestop, it mentioned nothing about bringing it's physical abilties or size to full.

As for the stats, I belived Furiko copy+pasted the Stats from the wiki. Our picture is of an adult Dio, and I'm pretty sure we're still just a kid.

You're still at full speed and power. The World has been diminished only in the sense that your control over it is lessened, so every time you use it in mêlée you're always going to go whole hog regardless of what you would prefer.

Thank you for clearing that up, I don't really know how'd we'd really improve our control over the world other than with practice, though. Maybe we should come up with some precision punching drills, and using The World to juggle eggs or something.

Our Developmental potential is only B, so we're not going to be pulling crazy new techniques out of nowhere like Giorno and Jolyne, and we're not going to be able to use Acts like Koichi, but hopefully we'll be able to improve The World's precision to a reasonable level.

Is The World's precision currently rank B? Because it sounds like it's lower than that, I mean, at B rank precision, Josuke is able to flick bullets as with good accuracy up to 60m, heck he's almost able to hit a rat hiding in cover at that distance.

It's much lower. But that's temporary, so I didn't see any need to tamper with the canon stats.
