Naturally Ruby, Weiss, Yang, Blake, and Pyrrha will not be the only ladies interested in Jaune Arc, Single Dad.
Velvet might have a severe attraction to him after he sorts out Cardin and sees him with Mia.
Glynda... Is having some very unprofessional thoughts.
Coco might consider going bisexual for Jaune.
And so on.
That said, he's going to have a lot of friction with other young men-Sun and Neptune especially.
Dad!Jaune himself is not focused on romance. He's a widower with a child, after all. But the fact he gets so much attention from girls for being more mature and focused will not endear him to a lot of other guys.

-Willow would visit as well, and i could see Weiss shower Mia in dress that look adorable!
-Ruby would join in on the daycare rebellion! For COOKIES!
-Pyrrha would be stiff as hell but slip into public persona like when she visits hospitals.
-Nora is all for Chaos and being best Aunt and Ren is now the Uncle and will kill everyone in the room if anything happens to Mia.
-Yang would be best with Mia at first and Blake would try but be awkward until she lets down her guard properly
