[SFW] A Pact of Monsters II [Garden of Monsters Civ/Rp/Council game] [Ended]

How would you think it'd work out with my end? (Just Wondering)

'Unyielding' would or should sync up with ou nicely. Designer Cores add an Spell to the User. Your focus on making that which lacks existance exist would likely see an Ideal UP and quite a few possible Defensive Spells or the ability to impart 'weight' to Ideals similar to your own [Conceptial Strikes] allowing the target to either clad him/herself in their Ideal 'Def UP' or Arm themselves with a weaponized form of their Ideal 'Combat UP'.

Namely you would likely be able to grant any Structures we build resistance to being nawed on by Raiders.

Thing is though, the previous Vorid that used it was the big tanky combat type and from the looks of things he used it to be able to charge straight through things that should have stopped him flat. So odds are it's probably some kind of Juggernaut fuckery ability.

Ah read the thing concerning Design Cores. It gives the User a Spell of their making. So long as 'Unyielding' is the central theme it can be anything.

We have no idea what it Path or Supporting Abilities were. Just an Single Ideal (Unyielding), which as I said before can mean many things. Certianly being tonka tuff was part of it but, he had likely been more then just 1 Core.

[23:20] Xale Cores with design info ARE what that core is. Basically cores are somewhere between a computational unit and a powergeneration unit all tangled up into a ball of biometal.
[23:20] Xale And it's where Vorid keep their systems information.
[23:21] Xale The ability which is on that core is a complex set of all the technical information gathered by the particular vorid.

and

[23:24] Xale No, It's the design concept behind its applications of that isnt directly a spell, It can be used to generate a spell, but ultimately it is the design principles from which emergent properites occur. Thus why it gives a bonus skill. But upon contemplations while you have it, you can design more spells and passives around it.

So yeah, any chance you could link where exactly you're getting this info about design cores, since Xicree is kinda saying the opposite.

Replace Spell with Skill in my comment same thing. I mixed up the word for it *checks* yea replace Skill for any Spell in it reads the same. Thanks for catching that.

And for Xicree explainations I can't join IRC myself so that is helpful.

Doin a vote count for Xi:

Pact Action:
[X]Pack: Defensive duties. Get to know the others and work together on fending off and countering raids on our stockpiles.
Everybody

Personal Actions:
[X] Personal: Hunt in order to gather Biometals.
Wing101

[!]Sov Rein Sulks decides to assist in defending the stores of Biometal and Cores. The fact he had decided that this was best achieved by simply sittting on top of the mound of Biometal the Cores gathered under him glaring sullenly at anything that approached the pile, lashing out with both claws and Ideal to those not of the Pack that decide a nip to the stores was a great idea. While he did Sov Rein thought, his one vorid strike worked cowing the idiotic raiders, yet there was simply too much of them to put to the claw his Ideal was unmatched yet it could not have handled everyone.

So Sov Rein thought...
... How can he apologize without apologizing?
Sov Rein never thought to simply say it was his fault, for a Sovereign was infallible thus he was as well. Sov Rein needed to be both Wrong yet Correct, a paradox if he ever saw one outside of a few vorids, in a flash of insight he knew what he needed. So Sov Rein's gaze change from sullen apathy to hidden glee, Sov Rein settled in deeper to the mound-in-a-hole that they're stores had resided in and he began forming needed attributes he wanted in a pasty follower.

[X] Personal: Counter-Raiding and Tracking.

Wait in Ambush for the raiders to strike, let them probe the defenses a little and send in major parts of their group before hitting the weaker points of their formation with the intention to kill, murder and spread confusion in order to make them rout: then follow said fleeing raiders back to their hideout in stealth and report back to the pack with the location for a later attack.
Cyanios, MrGazzer

[!] Avid Learner shakes itself mentally, once more focusing on the intricate plan of- oh no. Not this again. The vorid shakes its head in a distinctly frustrated fashion. Complicated plans have problems with distracting it. It'll just walk up and introduce itself to the Hivayi with something like "I wish to learn about you." Yes, that seems simple enough to work.
gibbousmoons

[X] Personal: try and learn more about the Saurian Tyrant that had angered you.
CrawlingChaos74

[X] Personal: Try to cause any raiders to be trapped within the camp if they try to steal from us.
ReinZero, Adyen

[X] Personal: Attune to the territory again. Send minions in swarms as bait to counter the raiders.
kinglugia

[X] Looking down on the remains of his defeated foe, Kro'Lit sees what remains of it and notices the design core buried underneath the biometal, and upon returning to the camp with the others, he proposes a simple idea. He would integrate the core and evolve to become better at combat, allowing him to contribute more to the pack.
