The World is Mine [JJBA+F/SN]

[X] The playground, where you see several children surrounding something

Whitesnake is really an useful Stand. No doubts about it.
Now a little bit of analysis:

[] A antique shop, with a beautiful jewel gleaming in the light; taking in the sun's rays
-The Red Stone of Aja? Possible if it wasn't destroyed at the end of Part 2. With it and the Stone Mask...we all know how it turned out for Kars. Let's consider it a Plot Item for a possible future Power Up.
[] A church, where you see a priest and a little girl
-Kirei and Rin. The first I am not so sure, we may gain the attention of Gilgamesh and that is something I want to avoid for now. Rin may be a more interesting target, as a minion she has great potential. But I fear her pride and force of will may turn against us in the future.
[] The playground, where you see several children surrounding something
-Sakura. She is perfect minion material. The worm in her heart may be a problem in the future, but we can gain absolute loyalty and the infinite power of the grail, without counting her possible Stand.

Uhm, uhm, I am torn between the first and the third: a difficult choice. I will ask the dice gods for advice:

1d2=1

It's decided:

Sweet. I just collected the hints and put them into contest. Can't wait to see what you have prepared.

Omake: What if the coin I flipped ended in tails...

As the zenith of the Fourth Grail War was coming to a close; a young little girl with black twin-tails and vibrant blue eyes had once again suck out of the confines of her safe haven, hoping to see her father's glorious victory in person as he attained the Holy Grail with the power of his Servant. Discreetly managing to reach the the city hall, which was one of the five locations where the grail would manifest if what she remembered of her studies was correct; she began walking towards the building, ready to peer inside and find her father standing triumphant over his foes: the grail within his hands.

It was then, that the building erupted in flames and mud; engulfing the little girl, as a single bone was caught in the tide and forced down her throat...

You were attended by your most stalward subordinate; Enrico Pucci, in the your manor. Or rather, Toshaka Manor; the body you had been reborn in being that of one Rin Toshaka, heiress to the Toshaka family; a family of magi who maintained their arts for generations. With 'your' father dead and mother almost there, all that stood in the way of your attaining the wealth of your 'family' was one Kirei Kotomine. Fortunately, with the assistance of Pucci; you were able to stop the fool priest from squandering your soon to be wealth.

And now the time has come; you and your confidant headed towards the church, facing Kotomine directly as Whitesnake removed the tainted priest's memory disk and handed it to yourself. While the gilded, self-proclaimed, 'king' was a surprise; a simple Time Stop via The World combined with the snapping of the neck brought an end to any threat he may have posed.

With your 'guardian' indisposed and 'mother' incapable of doing anything in her brain-dead state; you were now in the possession of the considerable wealth of your 'family'. Hearkening back to your days as a youth attempting to acquire the exact same thing from the Joestars; you can't help but grin devilishly, planning and calculating how to improve the fortune you now had.

What had started as a fluke soon became your most devious plan yet; as you delved into the tomes the Tohsaka's had on magecraft, learning everything you can while supplementing it with the memories of Kotomine and the previous inhabitant of your body, you soon discovered that in addition to having an affinity to all five elements you had an additional one for 'flesh': so long as it involved modifying your own body, success and impeccable results were a given. You assumed this was because of your familiarity with the human body from your ascension via the Stone Mask.

However, it was when you had applied reinforcement and alteration to your vocal chords, lungs, and ears that you discovered how to sing with absolute perfection: pitch, tone, register; all were perfect to the point of making angels weep with envy.

And you weren't the only one who noticed; having inadvertently discovered this unique talent while relaxing in the park, a man soon rushed over to you. Apparently, he was an agent of some sort; and he wanted to introduce you to the world of showbusiness: making you into an idol.

Having the masses fawn and worship over you; as if you were their lord and master? Not to mention an additional source of fame and wealth? How could you even think of saying 'no'?

And so, a star was born; in months you were recognized throughout the world as the best singer there was. By year's end; you were an accomplished actress and model on top of it; winning awards and prizes left and right with ease, thanks to utilizing magecraft to attain perfection in everything you did.

And as the fans and admirers came in droves; you hand an epiphany: the world was going to be yours, but instead of forcing it to kneel; they would do so willingly and singing hymns to you all the while. The end result wouldn't change; reshaping the very world itself was a goal you refused to toss aside; but the number of people who would come with you into utopia would drastically increase. You consulted Pucci on the matter, and he agreed with the new plan, along with assuring you that you had not faltered from your path or your vision.

Thus, you began to organize your 'followers'; creating organized fan clubs for the masses to enlist in, creating 'collector's edition disks' for the most loyal and reverent of fans every year. In truth, the disks were magecraft modified Stand Disk; which would both bestow your followers with a Stand of their own, as well and solidify their loyalty and devotion to you.

As your fame grew, so did the masses love for you; and in turn so did your true worshipers. Hundreds became thousands, which became hundreds of thousands, which became millions; until it reached one billion by your 'sixteenth' birthday. One billion Stand Users; all willing to die for you if you so commanded, with countless more as lesser minions to your will. You were a God in all but name to them.

Now, it was simply a matter of time; until the world accepted your ascension to your proper place as their lord and master...

Today was the day; the beginning of the end. You had attained the Stone Mask, along with the mysterious red stone that seemed to be meant for the slot within this version of the mask. Your research and followers had informed you of how donning the mask and triggering it in light with the stone on would supposedly remove the one weakness you had in the past. Eager to reclaim that which you had lost; you put on the mask, the stone in it's proper place, and drenched it in the blood of one of your loyal fans: willingly given at your request. You were also magnanimous with the disks; the more devout and loyal the user was to you, the stronger they would become: which in turn made you stronger.

The results were all that you could imagine; and more...

Now, though, came the real cause of the end; a new 'collector's edition' disk was being shipped out to the proper fans worldwide: a new modified disk that would turn all who had them into beings like you, transcendent existences freed from the confines of humanity. Combined with the modifications you made by studying Dead Apostles, each one who ascended would in turn empower you; making you stronger, smarter, faster, greater in every aspect: like the God you were to these insects.

Before you could ruminate on this any further; a stage hand came into the dressing room, informing you that you were on in five. Putting on the finishing touches of your costume; you gracefully exit the room and enter the stage, gazing upon your fans. When within the masses, you spotted someone peculiar...

Why, it was none other than Jotaro Kujo; which what appeared to be his daughter on his shoulders so she could see past the crowd. When your eyes landed on her; she eagerly waved her hands and looked at you with admiration, on her finger was a ring signifying she was a member of your fan club. It took everything you had to not burst out in hysterical laughter; oh the irony! The man who stopped you, now here attending a mass devoted to your worship? With his daughter a devoured follower of your's truly no less?

You were going to enjoy watching the world crumble around him...

With microphone in hand, you called forth your Stand; The World, and filled it with prana to make it visible to the naked eye: the Stand itself having become a 'unique special effect' and motif in many of your works. Raising the microphone to your mouth, you begin to sing...

Sekai de ichi-ban ohime-sama
Sou iu atsukai kokoro-ete
Yo ne?

As you continued singing and dancing to your signature song; World is Mine, you look at Jotaro and can't help but bask in the emotions he was showing in his eyes. Shock, denial, anger, and rage soon followed by sudden realization and grim despair: Jotaro was an intelligent man; as soon as he realized who you were, he immediately connected the dots and likely saw what your nefarious plan was. Or at the very least a close approximation of what it was.

A single man, versus the entire world; truly it was something to bring a man to despair. He couldn't lay a single finger on you, lest all of your fans come to your defense; his own daughter included. Unable to fight back or impede you in any way; all he could do is watch as your ambitions came into fruition.

As the song came to a close, you had The World pose behind you and stop time; then had it carry you to the opposite end of the stadium where another stage was set. Flying across the masses, you saw Jotaro and Star Platinum watching your every move; oh so desperately wanting to retaliate, yet unable to lest you continue time and cause a riot from his actions.

You reach the stage, strike a pose, and let time continue; watching with glee as the audience turns to you in shock and cheers at the magnificent performance with its trick at the end. Basking in the adulation, you can only think to yourself...

...World is Mine, indeed...

What, you mean if Dio wasn't born a woman and in the modern era, with the proper pipes to boot; that she wouldn't jump on the opportunity to be a idol: a music sensation praised and worshiped worldwide?

Oh yes, I can see it being true in an alternate dimension where that happened.

Not in this dimension where Dio was born a man. It's still funny as hell ^^. How can we gain more omakes? Or it depends on your inspiration?

Word of God already has Dio as a bisexual; he doesn't seem to really care about his gender identity from the looks of it. So long as he's above the pitiful masses as he believes is his right, he will be content. If anything, he'd identify himself more as a vampire first above all else; being the predator of humanity, their superior in every way, shape, and form.

So, taking what I know of him from JJBA canon; so long as he's in the sort of position where he can lord over the masses and be worshiped as such, he'll be content. I believe him to be the kind of person where if in the body of a man he would embody the pinnacle of masculinity, yet in the body of a woman would instead embody the pinnacle of femininity: the gender matters not, the position of being at the top does.

He wouldn't be all girly-girly obviously; but there'd be some pride in looking the best s/he could, and taking the idol job for the prestige s/he would then aspire to be the best idol there was solely to be recognized and revered by the world at large.

Edit: Oh, and it'll be inspiration; it'll come when it comes.

About the discussion between Ender and Overmind, looking back at Stardust Crusaders I want to say:

The World's power doesn't seem to stop the time of the universe, but more to slip out of it. It would explain how Jotaro was able to move when The World was active and why the strength of the body (how much you can resist outside time before being shot back by a pressure of sort) is relevant to the duration.

Avalon is still inside Dio's body? I wonder if what happened to Shirou will be the same? The World risks to become....The Sword.

You can shot me now.

Word of God says it's full on Time Stop; with everything that implies, the only way you can move while time is frozen is if you have the same ability to stop time, which Star Platinum does. The only other way to combat it is doing what Made in Heaven does and accelerate time, because the duration the user of the Time Stop can move while time is frozen is dependent on the flow of time when time isn't frozen.

For example, since Jotaro can move while time is stopped for five seconds; if Pucci used Made in Heaven to double the speed of the flow of time, Jotaro's five seconds would effectively be two and a half, because the five seconds are now passing twice as fast.

So yeah; Time Stop is broken as shit, nothing new there. I'm ruling that it works as it sounds: you stop the flow of time and can move while time is frozen for a set duration. You can keep time frozen longer than that duration, but there's no point since you can't do shit.

Edit: To give you a picture; if the flow of time is a river, then using Time Stop is making a makeshift dam to block that river. The dam's durability is how long you can keep time frozen and move while doing so. Releasing the Time Stop is like breaking the dam. The physical limitation is basically the strain of the dam under the pressure of the stream.

[X] An antique shop, with a beautiful jewel gleaming in the light; taking in the sun's rays

You find yourself in front of the entrance of an antique shop; various vintage items and ancient knickknacks in front of the window display. Looking at what's displayed, you see nothing of interest until a ray of sunlight comes and shines on everything. Right when that happens, a red jewel begins to shine and glisten with such vibrancy and beauty that you can't help but admire it. The gem itself looks similar to a ruby because of its color, but you can tell that it isn't one; in fact, you don't think you've ever seen any gem that's like this one.

Now curious, you enter the shop and head to the counter. Once there, you see the owner of the shop reading a book while waiting for business. You try to get his attention, "Pardon me, sir."

Looking up and seeing a customer, the shop owner puts the book away and greets you, "Why, hello there boy; is there something I can help you with?"

"Yes, I was curious about the red jewel you have on display," You tell the man, "Can you tell me more about it?"

"Certainly," The man says, "An Italian sold it to me; said his great-grandfather found it on the shores of Venice and passed it onto him. He wasn't the type to keep jewelry though so he tried to pawn it off to jewelers. But since none of them could figure out what kind of gem it was, they wouldn't buy it. In the end, he pawned it off to me for a cheap price; wanting to at least make some money off of the thing."

"And how much would you charge for it?" You ask him.

"Heh, well; since it's just a pretty rock and not any kind of valuable gem, does 2,000 yen sound good? I only moved to Japan pretty recently, so I think that should come up to about $20 dollars, unless I'm off on the math."

You run the math yourself and come to the same result. For a gem that's pretty cheap, and you can't shake off there being more to that rock than meets the eye.

"Sold," you tell the shop owner, giving him the yen. With a smile, he rings you up and removes the gem from display to give to you. You're now a proud owner of a red gem.

Walking out the shop with your purchase, you walk pass a girl your age and what seems to be her guardian; a priest like Pucci, likely the father of the local church. Taking a brief glimpse behind you, you see them enter the store you just left. Deciding that it's not worth your time to bother with either of them, you continue heading back home.

However, several minutes later you hear a shrill scream; one of somebody not getting what they've been wanting for a long time, or of one's plans being brought to ruin be a freak accident. You can't help but chuckle, it looks like somebody's day isn't going as planned. Pity, but then again; not everyone can be you. In fact, nobody can be you; just as an insect can't be a king.

As you make a right and continue your walk though, you begin to hear frantic footsteps; someone seems to be chasing after you. Curious, you...
