Dragon will refuse anyway, it's like a empty gesture. like saying at a funeral to a family member of the deceased if they ever need help...blah blah blah. it helps show to the PRT that while Necros is still a crazy criminal, her heart is in the right place.

That is pretty risky, Tracking spells are like computer hacking, if it pings against a good firewall of the pc of a skilled Hacker, they can track you back as well and send back a malware or worse.

Having the ability to control bodies seems useful when fighting someone who is hard to kill.
 
Does Denat even have a functional nervous system anymore for Regent to use?
