So I was going through pirated smut sites, as I tend to do sometimes, and as usual, I was bombarded with ads. What was not usual, was that one of windows resolved into bing homepage.

I know that Google is the thing to use, but I had no idea things were this bad for bing.
 
Currently trying to put together a city conquering quest, with the caveat that the group doing the conquering start out as nominal heroes before deciding to resort to the same measures the bad guys have been using to try to conquer the city. I got someone to agree to be a sounding board, but he hasn't responded to my PMs since Wednesday. He's moving, so he's understandably busy. Still, in the meantime, I'd like someone to look over what I've got so far. Is anyone interested?

They're driven by crazy heroines!

As in, this manga does a reverse take on isekai genre: The heroine try to murder the MC so he can reincarnate as the hero and demons want to save his life.

And in this case, our psycho princess try the truck-kun method.

Do you know if this is a de facto thing, based on people not trying to shut down scanlations in places they don't sell to, or is it some actual legal whotsit in international copyright law?

I'd been under the impression it was considered piracy but tolerated due to not adversely impacting the IP-holders.

Its... messy, I'll be blunt. Technically speaking, if a copyright isn't recognised locally, there's a chance that it will be struck down by the courts. Scanlations for things like Naruto were always super sketchy BECAUSE the nations that got them had local licenses; it was directly impacting Viz or whoevers ability to profit.

If there is no local licence, technically there's not much that can be done, so long as your not earning money off it anyway. That said, if a company doesn't want you to host it, they have more then enough means for getting you to drop it through treaty obligations.

Also, does anyone happen to know where I can find Chapter 24+ of Tobaku Mokushiroku Kaiji? Everywhere I look, I can't find anything past Chapter 23...

Heh, just had my blood taken. I have a light problem with seeing my own blood, and the doc thought I looked a bit too pale afterwards even though I felt mostly fine. So she said I should eat something, went out, and returned with a huge plate of absolutely delicious christmas cookies.
Pretty nice, I should get my blood drawn more often :)
 
Guys, I just realized something: the poster boy for gun porn in High School of the Dead, Kotah Hirano, have the same name as Hellsing creator Kotah Hirano, who's also famous for introducing gun porn in his works.

Because the chat has strayed from the purpose he envisaged it for and rather then take any steps to correct it, he felt it easier to let it burn.
 
An important life lesson was learned today.

If you know you have a short temper, and said anger is quite excessive, AND if you know lacking sleep makes you irritable, it should be wise to actually get some sleep instead of barely getting any for over two days.

You may loose your shit on the drop of a hat, over a case of possible misunderstanding.

I'm so sleepy, but I got to finish my drink, I wasn't raised as a waster dammit.
 
I hate showering.

Basically because old houses here in Greece seem to have their bathrooms OUTSIDE the actual house taking a shower becomes a nightmare because then you get used to the hot water and when you get outside you have to run back in so you wont freeze to death, for some houses it's even worse because the bathroom on the previous house we rented years ago was 40 TO 50 METERS AWAY FROM THE ACTUAL HOUSE so we had to literally run back inside ESPECIALLY if it was raining or something.

And to top it off right now it has been almost a week that the average temperature has been under 10 DEGREES CELSIUS AND I HAD TO GO TAKE A SHOWER 20 MINUTES AGO.

The worst part isn't even the cold it's the fact that my legs get ridiculously itchy for like an hour after showering and it makes it hard to focus on literally anything.

Last time i took a shower the itching was so bad I STARTED FUCKING SCREAMING FOR IT TO STOP.

So, apparently mangafox got sold. It literally came out of nowhere for me, as when I went to read a certain manga, that I had read JUST YESTERDAY, they're now asking me to download an app in order to read it. Thankfully my new cellphone can work with it, but damn that's a dick move for PC users like me.

I remember reading something about it when I decided to see what their forum was like to find the forums replace by a notice that the thing was too dead and too expensive and that they are moving to an app format. Oh well, I keep several sites like it in my bookmarks.
 
This morning I had two dreams in which I got shot (in one of them I then fell out of a moving car onto the bitumen) and one in which my right arm was torn off at the elbow by a polar bear.

I was very relieved to wake up unperforated and in possession of all my limbs.
