EDIT: I remember someone from CRWBY actually saying (joking?) that the woman closest to fulfilling every checkmark for Jaune's preferences in a woman was actually Winter. I want to say it was Miles, but I'm not sure.

I don't know why but this triggered a scene in my head.

Jaune figures out how to use his semblance to boost his speed!

Because he was practicing unarmed fighting with Ren and somehow fucked up a karate chop so bad it turned into a full force ass slap on Yang.

He triggered speed boost instinctively to save his life.

More ideas and prompts:



-Weiss becomes addicted to a mobile game. One Jaune has some experience with. When she's stuck on a particular boss, she swallows her pride to ask him for help. They bond.



-Weiss doesn't believe that Jaune aced the entrance exams to Beacon. There's no way a dolt like him could test so well but suck at so much else in training! So she decides to suss him out. He did get in by fraud, after all. He has to be cheating!



-Yang and Jaune are stuck at Beacon during a holiday week. With no one else to hang out with, they spend time together and find they actually have a lot in common. A lot more than they thought they did!



-For detention, Jaune gets assigned to the Nurse's Office due to his medical training. He meets a lot of interesting people while doing medicine. As much as he wants to set his own path, he does have his mother's keen insight and compassion when it comes to healing people.



-Neptune's mother is a lawyer in the beta canon. She comes to Beacon to help deal with some legal matters. How long before she goes completely insane?



-Orchid Arc meets Penny. They become very good friends. Now Ruby is afraid her gynoid friend doesn't need her anymore!



-Pyrrha tries to develop new hobbies to both be more "normal" and to have something to do with Jaune.



-Some Cowboys of Remnant prompts:



>The gang takes Jaune to a country music bar. Who breaks the mechanical bull? Who is the best line dancer? Who gets in a fist fight with the local band playing?

>Ruby accidentally breaks Jaune's beloved guitar and tries to rebuild it!

>Weiss manages to get a little time alone with Jaune by asking him to be her escort to a stock show her father has some business interest in... Where Pyrrha manages to get an invite as a celebrity promoter. Shenanigans ensue.

>Yang is insulted when Jaune thinks Orleans is faster than Bumblebee. So she challenges him to a race!

>Jaune's parents arrive in Vale to greet their son, the king, and their new daughter-in-law.

To her complete and utter fury it turns out Jaune is faking his tests.

He goes back and dumbs down his answers so he doesn't get put in special classes and can stay to help his friends.

That wuld be interting to see. He tries tentavily reachign out and the gang isn't sure how to react till Ruby notices they havne't seen the rest of his team. She's the first to put the pieces together and hugs him.

Yeah she and Jaune would be the most likely ones to notice, but Jaune wouldn't notice because he'd be too busy.

Cardin was strong. He wasn't the strongest but he was strong. When vale fell Cardin kept fighting.

When Sky died, ripped apart by a beringel, Cardin cut it down.

When Russel Overused his aura and ended up crushed under a collapsing building Cardin got the civilians out safely.

When Dove was cut down by bandits Cardin burned the camp to the ground and salted the earth.

But here and now at a place with a warm bed and no combat Cardin sits by a fire being hugged by a girl half his size and bawling his eyes out.

Cardin is strong. But right now he doesn't have to be.

Robot Adam can't stand her racism either so he builds a better Blake and runs away.
