Considering what the trigger vision is, I find it a bit hard to believe that we've changed things that much. Do we eventually travel back in time and kill one of the entities?
 
You know, one would think that in a world where shitty things happen, people would be more careful about driving people so far.

And you certainly didn't have any initiative. You reacted, never redirected events to your own end. You didn't have CONTROL, and even if you did what use was being the Master of your situation when you didn't see how to end things in your favour except through luck.

You sat there, trying to figure out the problem before you, but nothing came to you. For all of your knowledge, all of your life experience, this...this injustice, had happened and there was nothing you could do to stop it from being accepted as fact! It wasn't fair!

You feel cold, and angry, you feel the hatred bubbling up inside you, but at the same time, a strange peace was sinking in.

The answer is there, but you can't gain it through knowing things, or controlling things, or changing things, or even just punching things until they break open and reveal answers. You want to rage, to scream and cry like a child, but you know better. You've long since outgrown those days of simply demanding things be done, you solve your problems and this is a problem that you will solve!

You're no idiot, you've done your research on Parahumans, and the flashes of information, the visions of Seeker Particle Cluster-Bombs-you grab your head again. This is going to take some practice to control, but somehow...you gained powers, and not some stupid power like being a Brute. No, you realise as a slow grin splits your face, you have Tinker powers, and that means you can make stuff, make technology that you could use to find out answers about how Lee Clarke was able to pull off his scam and fool the entire university.

And then?

That cold, cold rage fills you, but you feel perfectly calm.

And then, you'll make his suffering the kind that urban legends are made of. Your cold smile becomes Arctic as you get a flash of something that would fit the bill.

You press the nurse call button and settle back, a cold smile on your face as your mind begins running through what you have at your disposal, flashes of incredibly complex weaponry appearing before your eyes. And all of them are...explosives? Yes, bombs and warheads.

Can we make bombs that targets electronic information? For example an electronic bomb that releases all the information of a given target to all electronic devices nearby. Or a bomb, that works like an implosion or blackhole, in that it absorbs all the information from a given area or target (although this one would be filled with useless/unwanted info and you would have to search through it for what you want.)?

If you can think it, I'll more than likely allow it. Bakuda's speciality in canon was pretty versatile, so it's only fair to let you all exercise your imaginations.

-You take the targeting systems from the Heartseeking Organ Removal micromissle and then retrofit the avoidance system of the Sonic Chaser Bomb to make a minimap as part your HUD.
-The armoring made for reentry from the Extraorbital Mass Driver design lines the outside of the armor.
-Flight comes from the same principals as the Gravitational Implosion Device, if at a much scaled down form.
-Now it just needs a name.

Hope that isn't pushing to far.

-It's easy enough to rig up a HUD from assorted guidance and display systems from missiles and bombs.
-Active ECM and stealth systems because bombs and missiles needed to get to targets, and this meant stealth in some cases...
-Armor plating... why, reentry plating used by the Trans-Planetary Continent Buster Missile would serve along with high energy force fields.
-Power systems, you chose to use a degeneracy reactors... because singularity engines rocked.
-You had so many options for movement, in the end you opted for a Contra-gravity propulsion system, with vector thrusters for burst speeds
-The teleport system would need to be build at a later date, but you had ideas there using the faster than light drives...
-Offense-wise, you had missiles, of course along with shock cannons that were repurposed laser propulsion systems...
 
Powered Armor strikes me as more resource intensive than making greanades from cleaning supplies and home depot.
 
Any write-ins for power-armour will simply be used as Alice running thought exercises to help control her powers.

Be aware that this is your secondary Tinker Speciality. You can still make bombs and grenades, but this is here to give you more options.

Also, think less about strapping guns to your armour, and more about strapping on armour.

That explodes.
 
Indeed... that is why I picked Power Armor as an EXTRA on top of the bombs...
