Hanging around Beacon trying to find his incompetent older sister was not Whitley's idea of a good time. Indeed, it wasn't anybody's, he suspected. Having to wait outside her plebian dormroom was even worse. And finally, having to tolerate her team leader Ruby Rose was the limit.
Yes she had sat him down and served him, like someone with even the tiniest inkling of manners might do. Though cookies and milk seemed rather insulting, especially when he asked for coffee.
"Sorry!" Rose had apologized with a sheepish grin, "But I'm not allowed to have coffee! Except when I can sneak it." She flushed. "Ah, you won't tell Weiss or Yang that, right?"
Whitley scowled a bit, and nibbled on a cookie. He took a sip of milk, before he finally answered.
"I suppose I won't."
"Great!" She squeaked happily. Whitley fought down a flush, and his heart beat a little faster.
What the hell was that?
She then took out her weapon, and set it on the table. She opened it up, and the blade neatly sliced through his glass, spilling milk all over his lap.
"What the-?!"
"SORRY!" Rose gasped, immediately grabbing some paper towels and running them under the hot water, "Sorry, so sorry! Hang on, let me-!"
She was on him in an instant, rubbing his crotch with hot paper towels. His pale face turned bright red.
"What the hell are you doing?!"
"We have to get the milk out or you'll stink really bad! Trust me, I know what I'm talking about!" Rose insisted. She was practically straddling him, frantically scrubbing away even as his face went a red he didn't think possible.
"G-GET OFF! This isn't helping! I'm going to need a change of clothes-!"
"RIGHT!" Rose cried, "Let-Let me get your pants off!"
Whitley's jaw dropped.
"EXCUSE ME?!"
"IT-IT WON'T TAKE A SECOND!" Rose insisted, her face bright red, "I'LL CLOSE MY EYES!"
"No, wait, get off you crazy-!"
The chair was not the most robust looking thing around. But Whitley thought it was sufficient to hold him just fine. Apparently the carpenter had not anticipated a flailing Huntress being on top of the current occupant.
There was an ominous crack and Whitley fell backwards, Rose falling with him with the widest eyes he'd ever seen.
"UWAH!"
The fall didn't hurt. He did have his Aura unlocked, after all. Nor did the girl falling on top of him hurt at all. He found himself staring into her silver eyes, both of them panting hard, his arms wrapped around her waist.
Wait, when did I do that? She's a Huntress, why would I bother? Her Aura would protect her same as me...
Her face was bright red as she stared back into his flustered gaze.
I... I should really move now... Right?
She was very warm against him. A warmth his body soaked up like an arid desert would soak up the rain.
"U-Um... Sorry," Ruby mumbled.
"Uh... Y-Yeah," Whitley managed, "It's... It's fine."
Gotta let go, his keen mind pointed out, Gotta get away, right now. This is... This is awkward. We just need to let go and fix this up before-
The door slammed open. Both he and Rose looked to the side. A generously proportioned blonde barged in, along with Weiss and a dark haired Faunus girl trying to disguise herself with a hairbow-Badly.
"Hey Rubes! We're back and-" The blonde's eyes turned mirthful as she unleashed a grin full of innuendo. "Oho~? Making a man yours already, Rubes? You work fast!"
"WHITLEY!" Weiss cried, her cheeks red, "What are you doing, seducing my teammate?!"
"Oh my, what a scandal," the dark haired girl said with a slight smirk.
"N-NO!" Rose cried, her hands flailing frantically, "I-I WASN'T! HE DIDN'T!"
As always, Whitley turned to his keen mind to find a solution.
"I would never seduce her so clumsily!"
And for once, it failed him.
